More often than we realise, we give in to stereotypes. Be yourself even if it's hard to go against the flow. Those typical female behaviours you showed, I find them ridiculous and as a female, it's not in my nature to act like that. The women who acted like that probably did so from influence and the pressure to conform, not knowing that they are actually enhancing stigma, limiting their ability and individuality. Same for guys too, you don't have to portray a tough guy image at all. We are our own selves.
