@@yitengang17 So you need to slowly lower down your sugar level and slowly get used to being satisfied with less sugar. Diabetes is no joke, especially with all the sweet drinks we have nowadays and bubble tea is one of the most vicious culprit !

I'm just sharing with you my concern, as a fellow Singaporean who used to drink bubble tea everyday and never care about my sugar intake. But when I saw how prevalent the diabetes rate in Singapore is (almost 10%, that's A LOT), I started to care and now I only drink at most once a week and order only 25% or 0% sugar.
