Man, great vid as usual, i really love the way you describe all in details, it is very close to perfect. Just miss the measured test like braking and 1/4, but there are others that do it and they too miss stuff that you deliver better. Keep up the good work. I have been watching your vids on STIs too, your enthousiasm really sells. Now i need to buy an sti for winter and a bullitt for summer.

@tockblade most of the newer mustang models look plain. A solid color with black wheels. Some striping, scoops maybe. The tail lights are the only real identifying feature of the mustang. The front looks like a myriad of other vehicles that have been designed in a wind tunnel.

@Gregg Sinini yep it does look plain ( thats its attraction ) it stands out because it is plain,how many stangs do you see with otts and a big aeroplane wing on the boot (1000s ) yep all those stangs that people make their own make them look the same . but as far as getting the heart pumping ,I don't think you have driven one . I have and it is a little ripper Fine ..you don't like green (it actually changes colour to black when it is overcast)

Thank you for another great review Joe. I love this Bullitt Mustang. The drive was great: I enjoyed the tach, the gear shift with cue ball knob, the sound and the flow of the car. For me it's historical. I know Steve McQueen & Bruce Lee were friends and Steve gave some great encouragement and pointers to Bruce on making films. So for me the car has that special historical connection. I have fallen in love again (with the Bullitt Mustang), just don't tell my wife !

I honestly love the Mustang Bullit! While I am not familiar with the heritage and the histroy behind the car, I very much like the look of this mustang. Furthermore, while I do like the Highland Green paint, I don't if I would like it after a couple months of ownership. I would prefer a bright blue like grabber blue or that sexy orange fury on my mustang! Overally, this is an awesome car!

In Australia we were either a ford fan or a Holden fan ( GM Australia car ) My first car back in 1970 Was a XY Falcon then a bought a XW GTHO Falcon Which I should have kept because today there worth Probably around $500.000.00. For a genuine one. The ultimate ford falcon back in the early 70s was a XY GTHO which back then was the fastest 4 door production car in the world one recently sold at auction for $1.5 million. Your making it very hard to wait till the promotion comes through so i can finally get the Bullitt. That one is optioned perfect, seats thought with my bad back i would have to opt for the heated and AC adjustable. Man what a nice review. I have the Bullitt photo brochure's up around my desk, i longingly dream of the day i can finally purchase mine. Its waiting for me. I just need to wait, the promotion is coming, i can get one now, but to really be comfortable with the payment i must wait a few more months. Then its Vacation drive time baby! My company knows i want one, think they are teasing me, my company manager just got him one. Then parked it in my SPOT!! i have not even touched it. I'm waiting, just waiting my turn. Love the content man. Maybe i should order it from the dealer you work with to provide the reviews, they seem nice.

Both cars are awesome but ya gotta love the Bullit what a car that Bullit sounds beastly I do agree it does need the tremmec manual this channel is officially my favorite because I'm a big gearhead and when it comes to mustang's I just cant stop staring the design of the new mustang's are beautiful and just plain mean looking cant wait to build the hellfox and have a monster of my own but also showcasing it on this channel with my friends and family one of my friends I grew up with because my mom babysat him for years when we where little now works at a road course in keystone heights Florida that would be the perfect place to show off the hellfox and the hellfox will have the magniride suspension on it even though it's a fox body mustang's are the best

The Bullitt is commanding £5k used premium over new price as they’re so rare in the UK. They aren’t sold as a Ltd Edition but not many appear to be over here. Nice vid as always 👍

I live in Australia and bought the bullitt and to be honest.. my absolute favourite car I’ve bought so far

I'm on the market for an American muscle/sports car. I love the Dodge Challenger 392 SRT, Ford Mustang Bullitt and the Camaro ZL1, but can't afford all three. Wish I could. Would you please compare and contrast all these three American street warriors? You are the best at comprehensively articulating these cars in the most succintly admirable way. Keep up the excellent work. You're my number KZreadr.

Two thumbs up on the presentation, Joe. Love the Bullitt, but not sure its worth 13k more. the upgrades in performance, like the larger brakes for example, is nice, but with only 20 more ponies, we probably won't notice much difference over the 460hp. The exhaust sound is nice on both cars. A blacked out pony on the front would have been nice. Thanks again for comparing the two rides. Keep em' comin'!

Couple things I wish I had in my black Bullitt are the Tremec shifter and a flat bottom steering wheel. Would make it a near perfect Mustang. Love this car though! It just begs to be beaten up when you drive it. Tons of looks too! Bought this because the chassis is #’d too. Way better residual than a standard GT.

No LED lighting in speedometer. And they arecharging more for what we should for free. Joe your doing a great job and you get a digital display witb LED lighting in the bullet, WOW. I used to own a 2001 Bullitt, great car, great community. I just drove a 2019 the other day, awesome car. I wouldn’t pay an extra 15k though. This is in VA, Bullitt was 51K, manual GT was 36k. I didn’t look at all the options. I can tell you’re in Texas from the round about under the freeway; I used to live there.

I will save more money and will get the GT350. its my Dream Car. I have currently WRX for my Daily and my Weekend ride would be GT 350. 👍

That was a pretty good review, It's hard to say which one is a better deal. You could buy a GT spend what you save on a few mods and have something quicker, but then the bullitt is not a bad deal in it's own right. A fully optioned GT falls into the same price range so in that case it would be pressing not to pick and go with the bullitt, wouldn't turn down having a 350 intake and plenum as it would be something I would look at doing with a GT anyway or well you could cut out the middle man and just get a 350 lol...

@@RaitisRides I have seen a 2019 Mustang GT premium that's far way more optioned than the Bullitt and cost 2 grand more. Raiti, can you expose the options that such a Mustang GT would have and not the Bullitt?

I understand and respect the bullit mustang but I prefer to get a regular GT and make it my own. Either that or get a low milage gt350 for the same price as the bullit.

Bullitt is a better car to live with every day and will probably have fewer issues. On the other hand, that Voodoo engine and Tremec transmission... Both cars are fast enough for everyone unless you actually track them.

There's a lot of hate on the transmission just as you were saying. They are notorious for destroying shift forks. Ford knows it too, yet they still haven't come out with a fix.

Thanks for this nice video. Im close to get one but im kinda disappointed about the int. I have a mondeo 2017 and a lot of thinks looks the same. I actually have more stuff than this one. Adjustable automatic seats, air seats, automatic handbreaks and a lot for of that comfort stuff. I mean i get the point about that car but for me it looks so usual from the inside :/

I like it, but for me the GT is the way to go, premium PP1, 401A, B&O audio, active exhaust, spoiler delete, magneride, Recaros still a debate for me on the GT, but they look awesome. For the bullit, I'll just jump into the GT350. I wish Ford offered the red calipers for the GT, plus they should put the tans used on the 350 on every mustang or at least again, give the customer the option. Great video always Joe, 👍👌

Kensei's Garage with all the options you just added to the GT, you just spent more than a bullitt costs. Believe me I’ve built this on ford.com I own a 2019 bullitt & I’ve beaten a SS1LE and a challenger 392 both on a roll. The bullitt is a beast in upper rpms....

@@IMGONEIN60 yeah I know that and true that the cost is more, one thing for me it's not all about speed, I don't doubt the bullit is fast, it has gt350 parts on it as well, but..I just don't like the look, no disrespect, that's just me, maybe other colors or, blackout the chrome, badges on the sides..I don't know, that's why I like the GT more, plus for someone who likes to mod cars I don't believe the bullit is car for that, that car is more of a time piece, an amazing one to keep. With a base gt you can get away and build and amazing fast car, but I like the premium aspect as well, plus definitely a manual. That's why I also say, for me if it's not the GT, is a GT350. You have an awesome car, that's for sure, 👍👌

I want the GT350 very badly!

Since I'm a Vanishing Point fan, the whole Bullitt thing doesn't do a thing for me. But the color and finish are gorgeous. However, I would go for the GT over the Bullitt trim.

Nice rewiev just want to point out that magnoride has frequency of 1000 checks per second which is 1 every milisecond. But you are mentioning nanoseconds which is actually 1000000000 per second.Its 1000000 more often then miliseconds so thats why i am nitpicky, its huge difference :D Other then that nice promo of Bullitt.

Love that Bullitt cold air box...or... lampshade in a bucket as I call them.

You buy it over the GT because a GT is a GT. It's a perception issue, where a Bullitt is exclusive. The lack of badging is truly everything. Because of the unique color, you don't associate it with any other car, uniqueness factor. Perception. The aggressiveness of the front and the shoulders rolling into the back is that of a serpent. It looks like Batman's vacation car. And then the interior is custom as well. Finally, its really about the anniversary. If you aren't sentimental then you simply don't care. Some people are which is why I own #482 I even wrote a novella on the secret life of Steve McQueen.

@@RaitisRides its a rare sight and the drivers are mostly expats working here. Seen a few GTs. But the price is steep. 300 grand for one. Oof

Sorry you are right the gen 3 coyote intake is different . But it has been proven the gen 3 manifold is as good if not better.

I really appreciate your input! I think they should of done a little more to the Bullitt! For one thing, they should of added the tremec from the GT350!

Wanted the green bullitt but with the red brembo, not sure. Reminds me of xmas. I would buy it in black, no disrespect mr. McQueen

I wish Ford had kept the Bullitt. I ordered a 22' GT a couple months ago. I would've dealt with the additional price premium for the Bullitt. A little extra power, more rarity, and more cool factor.

The Bullitt is such a great package. I'd still love Ford to do another Mach 1 though......take the Bullitt engine, but option it with the 10-speed auto and add a smattering of Mach 1 design cues. C'mon Ford, do it! :)

My first car was a 1970 Mach 1. The 2019 Bullit is pretty good (minus the red calipers), so yes it would be great to see what Ford could do with a Mach 1.

I’m not a fan of black wheels, but for some reason they look great on the Bullitt, maybe that brushed aluminium trim helps offset the blackness, body colour brembo calipers maybe? 🤔 Should be a small pony stuck somewhere on the front of the car, top of the bonnet/ hood maybe ?

Trust me every time I go to Walker Ford I want to take their Bullitt home with me!

Is it not good to drive my 2019 mustang gt premium in sport mode all the time, I really only drive it on weekends and maybe once out to dinner during the week

It would have been better to compare it to a Premium pp1 with magneride. At that point the price is not much of a difference.

They used the red calipers on the 2001 Bullitt. So its paying homage to those before. looks fine.

They were going for the classic Bullitt Mustang look!

I don’t see why anyone would buy a loaded mustang for 50k when they could get a bullitt for the same price. It’s a loaded mustang with 20 more hp.

I own the 2019 Mustang GT with the 10R80 transmission and the 401 package and black out package, The truth the Mustang GT is the fastest period!, faster then the Bullitt and the 350&350R included, for way less money 😎🏁

Alot of people buy mustangs for the modding and customization, with the bullet it will defeat the purpose if someone was to get it and change the look.

Surprised it didn't have the Tremec 6 speed. Is the Mach 1 is closer to the GT350?

But it isnt a 302 anymore, as they switched to plasmacoating cylinderbores, its more like a 307ish?

The bullitt is better however for that price there is better. Plus here in California you will get a ticket for having a loud exhaust now. EVEN STOCK!! Poor v8s are getting profiled over here....

I want to know how much of the 2019 and 2020 Mustang GT is American made ? I love the cars but I don't want a car with American Made parts.

The question is, is the Bullitt a good daily driver ?

Raiti's Rides is not having the magne dampers a deal breaker need to find out fast buying a Bullitt this weekend for $40k leftover model

I think the PP2 with a tremac manual would be a better car and better buy than the Bullit...
