Once artificial intelligence becomes more powerful than humans, there goes pandora box. It would be nice to have robots do all our work and we can retire.
Really liked what Rafael Reif towards the end of the interview, "Technology reflects the values of the people who develop them".
Automation today is happening but a lot of the advances have been done on the software side. CPA firms are implementing Robotic Process Automation. The General Services administration is implementing similar automation in the federal government.
