for 2 to 3 years of beginning of behria town,people thought its the society of pak navy,he also had company of on duty naval officers.which made this society trust worthy for people,after 3 years he denied any relations with pak navy,os waqt tak riaz apna behria town chala chuka tha.(it was his marketing trick to make trust with this buyers of plots),at that time when behria was starting in pindi.i also thought that its developed by pak navy.(behria)

Bro, you did a great job to decode it... its amazing to know all these historical aspects of such kinda spiral road design... but it would be more batter if you add here also the designs aspects of sub_structure like underground water supply lines, sewage and to maintain the flow of water during rainy days. its called spiral method in which losses during water supply are minimum and the water supply could be used for over 50 years. and a number of connections could be made easily. also, it's economical and reliable which is the main factor for any design engineer
