As a brazilian I am very proud about BRICS because it embodies our values: a peaceful force for good and development. Even tho Brazil is the biggest and the strongest country in South America, we live in PEACE with ALL OUR NEIGHBOORS (and everybody else) FOR MORE THAN 100 YEARS. I hope USA and Europe could be like that someday.

i love the idea of BRICS, cause it represents different parts of the world. Europeans, Asians, Africans, Latinos and now Iranians. The global power should be diverse and represent the whole world and value every culture, not like now when we have the West who see themselves as a superior and the rest of the world as their colony, cheap resources and vacation place.

Not because we as people of Greece wouln't want that but because due to geography Greece is in fact a non-state that is under the power of many powerful countries that have it as puppet and due to geography will destroy us if we try to change alliance. That is the sad truth. But i wish you guys all the best. The West (which Greece makes a part of) is an evil coalition and it was a very good idea you created this coalition for yourselves.

BRICS must expand. The economy requires growth. Countries must cooperate and trade among themselves. I see very positive prospects for the future after the accession of Iran and Argentina to the BRICS. Especially for Russia =) Iran is bordered by 15 countries. This country can provide huge opportunities to transport goods from Russia to India and other countries. Plus Iran is rich in oil and natural gas. Argentina is the second largest producer of shale gas in the world. Lithium is extracted and exported in this country. Argentina is a major producer of food and energy, and also has large biotechnology enterprises. I very much hope that the BRICS participants will not change their decision and will not invent a new world currency. Each country should have its own currency.

This was a good informative video. BRICS is not a military organization like NATO it certainly will make individual countries stronger, through increased trade. I also think that there will be an element of protection for the countries in the alliance even though it is not military. There is nothing to stop the members from helping each other if they are picked on by NATO. I am sure that Russia and China will help each other if NATO gangs up on either country or in any other BRICS country. It will be of immense value to Iran to be included because the crippling sanctions that that Iran endures would be lifted by the other BRICS countries. Iran is dealing more and more with Russia and China and probably India as well. BRICS will play a huge part in destroying America's world hegemony.

They've more recently been project partners, with China helping to build a huge photovoltaic generating station on part of Argentina's salt flat area. This is the way to stabilize the world economy, it seems, through peaceful projects that bring resources to people.

Nowadays, I really admire Indian foreign policy. I feel like BRICS is a true alliance. Instead of following one leader blindly, the countries have their own interests and conflicts that are decided politically as an alliance. They don't act like cults that worship a certain ideology and often come together to decide how to destroy their enemies. With governments like democracy, communism, and religious states I feel like it could become a true world order that doesn't discriminate.

If India completely joins the US camp it will become completely isolated in its own region. Furthermore, I find it mind boggling that the West, the British in particular brutally looted, plundered, raped humiliated committed so many acts kd genocide and pillaged India and the Indian people for 300 years and yet Indians still want to join the Western Imperialists against their own Asian neighbors who suffered the same injustices at the hands of the West during the time time of Western colonialism and imperialism. It's mind boggling. Don't think the Westerners have changed their spots. Also can’t ignore their aggressive ideology of conflating China and it’s people with themselves, the Communist party, and simply accuse any critic of the government of being anti Chinese and racist. Their appropriation of ancient Chinese culture makes me sick to my stomach, after trying to destroy it now they’re pretending to champion it. Their obsession with Taiwan is like a toxic ex that’s threatening to beat Taiwan up and rape her if she refuses to get back with him. Hate the west as much as you want, or point out all the failed economic strategies, immigration policies, racism, violence. It’s still better than the dystopian China. These sanctions have more or less become ineffective now and Iran will bounce back big time in near future. On top of bringing world's largest energy (oil and gas) reserves, Iran is the key country to China's Belt and Road East-West corridor, as well as the key country for North-South corridor from Indian Ocean to Europe/Eurasia. Iran is also the key country for Russia to neutralize the sanctions. Argentina brings food and natural resources to the BRICS, also being second largest country in S. America.
