she did, but it's the fact that two people are in on a joke that the girl isn't. Sure, it boosts the girls confidence, but if she ever were to find out the real reason, it'd be so embarrassing for her to think that Regina would ever actually like the outfit. I’m quite popular at school tho I’m never EVER mean to others girls.
