So happy I discovered these workouts!! It literally beats the gym right in your own home
Dumbbell swings are definitely different from kettlebell swings. Use a kettlebell for that thats what its for and works alot better for those types of movements.
I do kettlebell swings 10 at a time and trust me I feel it!
Love Kettlebells. Gravitated to them from Dumbells/Barbells and can train at home, which is great. For a guy over 60 who had open heart surgery and who was obese....it is a great tool to train with for heart health while getting some strength and muscle building benefits too. There is more of a learning curve with kettlebells though especially with the ballistic exercises, but it is doable. I've taught myself even the most complex of exercises like a 20kg Turkish Get Up from utube videos and books.....not bad for a guy who couldn't walk 500 yards once upon a time!!! Of course, as the good doctor here always emphasies....you still can't out-exercise a bad diet. Diet is key to longevity and even comes before exercise.

yeah, it uses the whole body and you can build up over time and do a lot of reps.
Slept on like fat free cheddar cheese 😂😂😂
So if I get diet with musrooms dumbell swings than I will lose more kilo outside?
I started the other day and I love it. Almost died on the floor at gym. No more anus bike riding for me.
Example would have been nice

Got you covered right here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/g593treEorK9erA.html Thanks for watching! -The FFP Team
You do not swing dumbbells. Most people can not do kettlebell swings for 30 minutes with the right weight. Also you start with the bell on the ground
I do 100 swings
I have been doing kettlebell swings in 4 sets of 10 reps is that enough or should I do more sets or reps? Or should I do it for 30secs at a time for my reps?

Go for time!!!

Hey Derk, thanks for writing in and great question! It doesn't matter if you go for reps or time, as long as you incrementally get better from session to session. Then at that point, you know you are working your body a little harder each time, continuously making progress. 💪 -The FFP Team
