It has to do with restrictions from google on the Google Play store and if the apps have been optimized for use on Android TV devices. What about when there is an Android TV app and the TV’s OS version is not an issue, but you still can’t find it on Play Store on your TV

It depends mostly on how good your smart tv is. Some of them have their own appstore and is usually outdated.
My issue that is my tv is fail at safetynet and not google play protect not certified, and its om android 12 and its and chinese tv

It could be a custom operating system so you will not have access to all features like in Google TV. What brand of tv it is?

@@todotvstreaming its ACE the model is LED 808, i try to fix it with magisk with apk (my tv can download apk form browser) but it focuses in ramdisk and not zygist, and its hard to boot idk what the keys of it and there is no proper setting to choose its just wifi and bluetooth and common setting, even there is no picture and sound settings 😐

@@YasdCart ib that case be careful with APKs you install otherwise you may corrupt the OS.

You install it directly from the AppStore. Otherwise, you need to download de apk from some site and use the downloader app. Cheers
