As a Muslim, I don't agree with what he said as a reason for the conversion, because what he stated is a problem of the adherents, not the religion itself. Both Islam and Christianity hold almost identical values and moral beliefs. I expected him to address something fundamental like the difference in core beliefs between the two religion about the nature of GOD.

We should also not do that with Christians. Just because people who identify as a religion are doing something other than that religion, doesn't mean there is something gone wrong with the religion itself. There are plenty of Christians who do adhere to the tenets of Christianity at the expense of their reputations and safety. They just tend not to get the spotlight. @Harold Zwingley If Christian means to be Christ like, then the Muslims are the true Christians. The Bible testifies. *Do YOU realize that the ONLY people on the face of the earth who practice and uphold and preach and defend the doctrine and honor of Jesus OF THE BIBLE are the Muslim* ????? It's an amazing situation really. On each and every fundamental doctrine, Christianity is AGAINST Jesus of their very own scriptures BUT the Muslim is calling the Christians to go by what Jesus precticed and preached. 🤗 👉 Jesus gave the Trinity-DESTROYING testimony that THE FATHER (SINGLE PERSON) IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD but the Christians testify that the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (The Trinity) is the true God. 👉 John 4:21-22 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, *WORSHIP THE FATHER* . Ye worship ye know not what: *WE* know what *WE WORSHIP* : for salvation is of the Jews. Have another look: *WE WORSHIP* (The J-E-W nation INCLUDING ME - Jesus) 👉 “And this is life eternal, that they might know *YOU THE ONLY TRUE GOD* , and Jesus Christ, whom *YOU* have sent.” John 17:3 👉 John 20:17: “Jesus saith unto her, ...I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and TO MY GOD, AND YOUR GOD.” Have another look! ".... *TO MY GOD and YOUR GOD* " ME and YOU 👉 *WE* *WE WORSHIP* THE ONLY TRUE GOD - THE FATHER who is THE GOD OF ME (Jesus) and YOU 👉 *OUR GOD* 👉 And Jesus answered him, THE FIRST OF ALL the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord *OUR GOD* is one Lord Mark 12:29 👉 Jesus teaches: “Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and *HIM ONLY* shalt thou serve” Luke 4:8. Notice the words: “HIM ONLY.” Jesus did not say “US only,” or “Him and I only.” How could he possibly i it more clear than that? Jesus told to worship ONLY THE FATHER - who is THE GOD of Jesus too. 👉 NEVER preached about Original Sin 👉 NEVER preached that for salvation, people needed to believe that Jesus died (will die) for their sins 👉 NEVER preached that the wages of sins is death 👉 PREACHED that for the forgiveness - NO payment needed, NO sacrifice of Jesus, NO Jesus paid for us 👉 PREACHED that just turn away in sincere repentance and the Merciful God forgives 👉 PREACHED adherence to the comprehensive Law Code as the path to salvation 👉 PREACHED that for certain transgression (like mur-der) on the Law Code, CAPITAL punishment - PUTTING the transgressors to DE ATH - needed to be administered 👉 PREACHED that his followers SHALL IN NO WAY ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN if they do not keep the comprehensive Law Code even better and moreso than the Scribes and the Pharisees 👉 DID NOT eat p.i.g 👉 FASTED and PREACHED FASTING 👉 Greeted with the phrase "peace be with you" 👉 Jesus was CIRCUMCISED. AN EVERLASTING COVENANT IN FLESH for the believers till the end of times 👉 PREACHED that his followers follow the comprehensive Law Code which the Scribes and the Pharisees tell people to follow - that includes oblution / washing of the hands and feet before worship or entering a place of worship

How was Jesus a Muslim when Muslims spawned almost 600 years after His death? (: The Islam faith was started by a false Angel of Light which Paul warned us not to follow anyone whether it be a person or some spirit sharing a false Gospel. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned! Galatians 1:8-12 NKJV That means your prophet and the angel whom visited him.

Saying the 'oh Islam is losing too' is a bigggg cope out by Wilson here, IMO. Obviously there are secularization pressures of modernity on Islamic World/Muslims as well. Yes, there are many Muslims who arent fully devout----but it is also an undisputed fact that Muslims are far more practicing & devout of their faith than Christians (or any other religious group on the planet). I think Tate just appreciates that. There are more *believing* & *practicing* Muslims in the world than there are Christians. In essence, Islam is the largest practiced and most influential faith on Earth (WVS, 2017-2020 study). Muslims are least likely to drink alcohol, engage in premartial sex, and are most likely to pray everyday etc. All of these are undisputable facts in sociological studies & data (WVS, PEW, Gallop, CES etc all confirm). So to miss this broader point, and critique Tate's silly hyperbolic style of rhetoric is missing the point, no?

That just simply isn't true in terms of what Muslims are least likely to do. I have interacted with various "None's" who have stopped following Islam but do not believe in anything anymore. I have interacted with various Muslims who still say they are adherents to Islam, yet are false followers but put on a face to society. I have interacted with converts from Islam to Christianity. All of them have said, that the majority of Muslims put on a face and still engage in many of those you said they are least likely to do, all to appear like they are good adherents. The reality is, everyone is a sinner who has fallen short of the glory of God. We need to judge a belief system based on what the Higher standard has set for its adherents, not by adherents who are not following it the way it is not said to be followed. Western Christians, in some cases, are a terrible way to judge Christianity as a whole. I can say the same for Western Muslims. There are strong followers of both camps. There are terribly weak and fragile followers of both camps. At one point in time, polytheism and mass paganism and self-worship was the widely and most followed and influential faith in the world (arguably still is). Does being huge and widely followed therefore validate a belief system as correct? For a long period of time it was a widely held belief that Black Africans were not even people, does that mean its true? There are millions upon millions of Bible believing Christians all around the globe. People who do adhere to the Word of Yahweh and follow Jesus as Christ, Lord, and God. Christians who have backbone to share Christ to dictators and are being persecuted in many countries by Muslims, Hindus, oppressive governments in China, Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the list can go on. So, I strongly encourage you to put up the truth claims of both Islam and Christianity to its historicity and validity. "I choose to believe the Bible because it is a reliable collection of historical documents written down by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They reported supernatural events that took place in fulfillment of specific prophecies and claimed that their writings are divine rather than human in origin. - Voddie Baucham" I will even add that the Bible has over 40 different authors, written in 3 languages, written in 3 continents over a period of 1500 years, and yet has the same central message and contrary to false popular belief, does not contradict itself in its 66 canonical books. You don't have to believe me, you however, must believe God's message in the Bible. "Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6

Tate’s anger towards weak “Christians” is understandable and well-shared. His problem ultimately lies with how he interprets a healthy religion. He looks at the supposed followers of a religion and makes his judgements based solely off of them. But it is the One who must be followed and His word that must be studied and understood. If Tate studied Scripture properly and found a strong body of believers, I think his mind would’ve been changed. Perhaps not, but if the LORD wills it, I hope and pray that he turns to Christ.

When the Holy Qur’an is read with an open mind then only will the TRUTH resonate with individuals. But as a Muslim, it is our moral obligation to fight for what I believe! At the end of the day, a man can't hide from his inner being that we call Ruuh (ego or Manhood). Man suffers more in his mind than in reality.. I will be true to myself! Islam means submission of wills to Allah! You won't do whatever you want, rather will do the thing Allah instructed us. Only the honest at heart have the courage to accept it and acknowledge it. Before you point a finger at Tate, you need to FIRST heed the advice of Jesus and set your own stuff in order. Jesus said and foretold as he was COMMANDED by THE ONLY TRUE GOD - THE FATHER: *BY THE FRUITS YE SHALL KNOW THEM* Radical Monotheism exactly like the Jewish Prophets / Jews to believe in a uniquely ONE GOD - without any partners or equals or like a three in one falsehood - the abom1nat10N called the doctrine of the Trinity - plus believing in the Messiah Jesus sent by God, and the essential consistency with his doctrine - the Muslim. The very words that the Father - THE ONLY TRUE GOD - COMMANDED Jesus to say. The doctrine of THE ONLY TRUE GOD that HE COMMANDED Jesus to give. The testimony of Jesus on the Father: - The Only True God (John 17:3) - The Only One Who Knows The Hour (Mark 13:32) - Greater than I (John 14:28) - Greater than all (John 10:29) - My God and Your God (John 20:17) The doctrine of Jesus = The doctrine of a Muslim. (Of course the term Father in the Jewish context. A figure of speech for their times. NOT that God has a literal Son. God has got Son by the Ton in the Bible.) Defenders of the true honor and status of Jesus against lies and abominations which includes the Crucifixion. VERSUS Christianity more like the Greek and Roman doctrines and the pagan doctrines like "God" coming down in human form and human / blood sacrifice that pagans had going hand in hand with Paul's doctrines of easy fake salvation with blood of an innocent, making the Merciful God in to a blood thirsty vampire. The same people making Jesus a FALSE messiah and an IMPOSTER UNDER GOD'S CURSE by their faith (believing in the fiction called Crucifixion) and making the Jesus a FALSE messiah and an IMPOSTER, UNFAITHFUL to GOD, UNDER GOD'S CU®SE. Christianity actually the followers of Paul of the Bible the Feroci0us W0LF in SHEEP'S clothing whom Jesus W_AR-NED about. 2000 years ago, the Roman and Greek Empire with its culture and mythological and pagan roots already held the beliefs such as "God coming down in human form". So after witnessing just a single "miracle" from Paul THE FEROCIOUS WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING WHOM Jesus WARNED about, they were conforming to their already held beliefs. No wonder when they heard of this guy Jesus with all the stories of his miracles, it was very easy for them to take him as "Son of God" (and this concept later on developed in to taking him as God) as this already went hand in hand with their pagan and mythological belief system. Little wonder that those times and those places and people also had "Triads" and ancient "Trinities" and "God" in threes and stuff. Acts 14:11 When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they shouted in the Lycaonian language, "THE GODS HAVE COME DOWN to us IN HUMAN FORM!" *********** Then of course the abomination of the alleged human "sacrifice" of Jesus Christ making the Most Merciful in to some human blood thirsty vampire. Going against the very teachings of the true Prophets and that includes Jesus Christ. ******** Unfortunately, it was the Pauline Christianity and Pauline falsehoods, blended with pagan doctrine and backed up by the powerful Empire that eventually won out over the years and wiped out the Jewish movement of radical monotheism who were following the Messiah Jesus (peace be upon him)

We as Christian’s are only here to spread the word of God and make him known to all nations while at the same time getting closer to Him ourselves. Taking revenge on what someone else does against him only shows your lack of trust in the Lord to handle the matter on His terms. Qureshi is overrated. The title of his book contains misnomers as "Allah" is the generic name for God that is used by millions of Arabic-speaking Christians and Jews. Islam also reveres Jesus Christ, but mainly preserves the perception that permeated Christian Gnosticism and Arianism. Lastly, Nabeel Qureshi's partner-in-crime, David Wood, is a self-proclaimed sociopath who was incarcerated for attempting to smash his father's head in with a sledgehammer. Islam is in continuity with the Essene Nazarene way and preserves the authentic teachings of James, "the Bishop of Bishop", while modern-day Christianity is nothing more than a Paulian heresy.

For someone to mock God or curse his name it is right for us to become angry and point out the lie and tell thrm to repent or suffer judgement from God, but if someone insults us personally that is something we are called to bear for we are called to be happy when we are persecuted for Christ's sake. Having said that he is right that many Christians are not bold or are cowards, I struggle with this myself.

Up to a point, his "coming to the realization that God exists" is almost exactly the same as was mine. I also came to believe that God must exist because we have the knowledge of good and evil, Someone must have put that there. Where the similarities end is what we found as a solution for the "morality problem": he seems to think it is rules, I came to believe that the rules do exist, but I don't measure up, no matter how hard I try, this is why I and everyone else needs the grace of God and the perfect sacrifice of Christ. Thus we come to my favorite verses Romans 3:25-26 ...faith in His blood...that He might be JUST and the JUSTIFIER of the one that believes in Jesus(paraphrase). I believe that if mr. Tate would come to the realization that rules are good, but we are not good, he will see Christ as the only solution.

But the mystery of the Body of Christ was revealed, first to Paul, then to the rest of the apostles. In Acts 10, Peter has a vision, from the Lord, and is told to go to the gentiles. The judge says: because of my mercy and because you regret what you did, I will forgive you, you will not go to jail. Is this just? Is this right? No. What about the man who owned the car? The judge forgave the car thief, but the damage done is still there, payment was not made for the broken car. But if the judge says: I will pay for the broken car, and the thief will not go to jail. I see a lot that I like from that clip. (Sadly, he is on for a bit of a shock when he discovers that Muhammad had a nine year old wife, but I digress...) His argument of "If your God was true, he would strengthen you to fight against the evil surrounding you" is still fallacious. The failure of God's "followers" does not mean that therefore the God of the Bible is false. It means that the followers have been faithless. Thankfully, God is always faithful and, even though we don't keep our promises, He ALWAYS keeps His Promises. The Bible is packed with examples of how faithless Israel was severely disciplined by God; discipline which God promised to pour out if Israel abandoned God (see Deuteronomy 28 and how it ties into the Book of Habakkuk for a good example). This and many others are still part of Islam's "canon" and should be a matter of study for Mr. Tate. With that said, God will do the same to us if we do not stand up against the insanity and fight for our kids.

Cultural christianity is allowing Christ to be mocked because of all the valid points he makes in this video. @@ar.db2022 Indeed, it it s good thing for you to love Isa, and to learn more about Him. Your Quran holds the book of John in the Christian Bible to be scripture, and a good Muslim may learn more about Jesus in it. The Quran teaches that Jesus is the Word of God ( Sura 4:171, Sura 3:39, 45). In Sura 3:45 we see: [And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ]. Should not all men yearn to learn more about this Word of God? We can in John 1 in the Christian Bible: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Beautiful things to ponder and contemplate. Read the book of John, contemplate the things in it, and ask God to more perfectly reveal Himself to you. Be blesses.

Any Christians who are enticed by Tate's thoughts on this should look into Catholicism, especially Eastern Rite Catholicism. While I respect a lot of protestant individuals, Protestantism as a whole has become exactly what Tate accuses Christianity of. The official teachings of the Catholic Church have and will continue to hold a hard line against sin and worldliness.

Certainly, Christians need to be bold in our proclamation of the truth and refuse to compromise. However, scripture has quite a lot to say about meekness, humility, turning the other cheek, suffering persecution patiently and without reviling (in which we follow the example of our Lord) and cultivating a gentle and quiet spirit. Christians do not do jihad. We wait patiently for God who reigns to bring judgment in his good time.

This is the type of cowardly action that got use here. Scripture also has believers using force to put down evil. your not loving your neighbor when you tolerate evil being done to them while all you do is another useless bible study. @@ericthehalfmexican9187 All that I described is straight biblical teaching, and you appear to call it cowardly. This is much my point. I’m not saying we shouldn’t defend the innocent and seek justice. I’m saying that the qualities I listed are virtues and attitudes enjoined by God himself in scripture. We need to consider whether, in our theology and heart attitudes, we have any room for suffering persecution unjustly without reviling. This is what our Lord has called us to, and the New Testament talks quite a lot about it. He has not called us to violently enact his will as in jihad, nor has he asked us to do violence in the manner of OT Israel. Yes, God is a man of war, and Christ will break the nations with a rod of iron, but we wait patiently for him to do it, proclaiming his truth in love.

@@aquila2152 You are not required to suffer persecution, you are only required that if you do, you it gracefully. You seem to forget that western Christianity has had to deal with this before and fought against the monarchies of their time. They had to search scriptures for the biblical justification and found it in the book of judges, 2 Kings 11, 2 Chron 22:10 - 2Chron 23:15, 2 Kings 21:23-24, and even within Roman’s 13 itself. Works like Vindiciae contra tyrannos, Lex Rex, and others, are the foundations of Protestant resistance.

@Anita A No, he told his disciples they would be persecuted. It depends on how you interpret things. The analogy of the tree allows the interpretation of fighting in a non-physical way. And Christians are called to fight too, in a non-physical way. Many Christians don't do that and Doug is not happy about it. That might be the reason why he agreed with Tate and said Amen.
