Wrong! In the event of WW3, Africa will be the most affected because their economies depend almost 100% on Western economies. They have no protection against nuclear bomb.

African countries have more pressing socioeconomic needs than acquisition of nuclear arsenals. It's also capital intensive to develop, secure and maintain nuclear weapons. No country in Africa is currently facing an existential threat to justify the nuclear deterrent option. This may change in the future.

Africa is a peaceful Continent, our leaders just want generational wealth fir their families dey are not all about conquering other nations, if our leaders can manage their greed, I'm sure Africa will be better yhan Europe

We just don't have the capability to build one ever since S.Africa under Britain ceased the operation. In fact the programme is costly and there is no need of it per now.
