After you receive the Holy Ghost you will still battle the fleshy desires of sin. The Holy Ghost gives us the power to overcome these desires. If you are not on guard at all times then you may slip and be overpowered. This does not mean you have lost salvation. Anyone who hasn’t felt this hasn’t been saved long enough.

Jesus said if you love me you will obey. The key is to try your best to obey the commands of JESUS. If you mess up and sin while trying that doesn’t mean you lost your salvation… if it does then that would mean since I lost my salvation through works and could gain through works too.

Romans 7:15-20 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[a] For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do-this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

the emphasis is on the one "born of God." God lives in the believer and the believer can therefore no longer live the same life as prior to becoming God's child. Though believers continue to sin, they will be changed more into the likeness of Christ. God's children are expected to reflect his characteristics to some degree. Again, the emphasis is not on perfection, but likeness. An unchanged person is not a true believer. A true believer cannot help but live differently because God lives within them.

All that your saying is rite, but sounds like you're saying that One day the believer will come to a point where he will not sin which is against Rom 7

So, it means you will be totally sinless just by being a Christian. And if a Christian sins everyday but he just have to be a Christian and pray to God, God will wash away all his sins. So easy. Hmm....
