🔎 EXCERPT 🔎
We are talking about living or retiring in Thailand.
According to the US Department of State, more than 30,000 Americans decided to move to there.
It is easy to understand why.
But WAIT
Not everything is coconut water, warm weather, and sandy beaches.
There are some SERIOUS issues with living in Thailand.
Today you will discover the pros, cons, and costs of living in Thailand, and a very appealing program from the Thai government to attract people like you.
And at the end of this episode, I will reveal some data that will blow your mind!
Are you ready?
So let's start with the PROS of living and retiring in Thailand.
We will start with the most expected one: The cost of living.
This is by far one of the most enticing aspects of retiring in Thailand, especially when you compare it to many Western countries.
Here's a breakdown of the cost of living in Thailand that highlights just how budget-friendly it can be:
Monthly Budget: You can live comfortably in Thailand with less $2,000 per month. This is a FACT! And that estimate covers your expenses like housing, food, entertainment and…
even the eventual massage.
And then comes Housing
Housing costs in Thailand are very reasonable. For example, in Bangkok, you can rent a nice 2-bedroom condo for a modest amount, like this elegant unit in Merlin tower for only $408 dollars.
But…
Remember that Bangkok is one of the most expensive places in Thailand.
If you choose to live in other parts of the country, you can find much cheaper options,

I agree. However, we are here to inform, so it is important to tell both sides (the positive and the negative). Overall, the positive sides of Thailand likely more than compensate for the negative ones.
