Hi I purchased 30BRC2 model, but while using grill function it is making cracking noise. Is this normal? Was it same for you?

i have past 5 years but not even use more than 5 times😅

there would be two reason for sound : 1 there is steel rod while micro Option was on ( micro +grill_ better to use Convectional grill 2. there was oil on chicken so due to microwave it make that crackling noise 3 as you mention the load can be also a reason depending if this was a motors sound !!

Hello Mam, U had asked if our microwave is letting loud noise, I'm using same model but there is no such noise its very minimum noise i had noticed, i had put 1.5kg of solid chicken & I'm really happy to find no such heavy noise in my microwave. Thanks for the recipe.

Curd is the best option instead of lemon , u don't even require oil if curd is used n after removing once again u have to apply marination n then cook

That noise for this this s absolutely normal...actually chicken looses a lot of fluid and when those fluid react with edible spices and oil ,due to temperature difference ,it evaporates immediately and this process gives those sound effect.

First you did not keep a plate below.the chicken. You have to keep a plate below the chicken while grilling so that all the juices and oils fall in the plate same oil and masala ans juiced can be used to baston the chicken. Secondly you have to use a tenderiser before aoolyinf the masalas _ butter milk is the best for 2 hours.. third always tie the legs of chicken cos when you rotate the chicken the legs keep dangling disrurbing the rotation movement

@yeeeeeeeeeth A kitchen twine is used to tie the chicken. It is 100% cotton. You can use any cotton thread to tie the chicken. Even those threads some restaurants use to tie the food in the newspapers in India. You can also use dental floss thread. You need to tuck the wings or the wingtips will get burnt.

Hey which convection oven is better for a price range of 10-17k..I'm confusef between LG, samsung and IFB. There are a lot of models also. I'm not sure about the volume also, 30 L is enough for normal use at home for a 5 member family?

I m using IFB so I can tell my experience. So far experience has been great. IFB is a reputed brand and till now it is running smooth. 30l will b fine for a bigger family.

Hi. It takes a lot of time for me to prepare it.. like as much as 45 minutes including turning around manually since I don't have a rotisserie. Is there a way to set higher heat in the model to cook it faster?

cook on maximum power level of your oven or else cut the whole chicken into pieces and cook.

I would never learn about this rotesarrie option of ifb microvave if you were not there... Many many thanks.... But please share what would happen if we use turn grill + convection option.. (microwave sounds this much my ifb also sounds same )

Hi ma'am, cooking in microwave is a completely new experience to me and we happen to bring this same IFB model 3 days back. So I will keep watching your videos to get to know more about cooking in this model. I had one query about this particular model is the glass plate of the oven when in use is a bit shaky when the the plate is rotating . Is it suppose to be like that or my microwave is faulty? Do reply plz.

May be the glass plate has not fit perfectly that is why it is shaking. It should not shake.

Can I cook roteserrie chicken in 23 bc4 model ? It has no roteserrie function. Can I cook it placing lower grill rack and keep chicken in heat resistant glass and put it above the grill rack and cook?

Rotesserie means it will rotate. Without this function you cannot do rotesserie chicken. But you can grill the whole chicken or pieces by placing it on rack and using grill mode. Check my tandoori chicken vlog.

Does this have pre heat option ? And how is the oven responding till date ? Did u face any issues ? If all is well I will also buy this so just wondering how the response is till date ?

Can we make tandoori chicken in this model?

ma'am you cooked chicken very well, but there is a suggestion from me that please serve the food (specially chicken) in a white plate with some garnished coriander and green chutney and onions. That transparent plate is actually suppressing the colour of grills on the chicken.

I am using exact model shown in the video .I purchased it from reliance digital..for me no issues .. working perfectly..for perfect tandoori chicken Use ..1.10 mins grill both sides 2.15 each side convection mode 3.and 10 mins grill mode each side. And best mode for tandoori chicken

Hey, I got curious about the issue and checked the manual, seems that's because it's a 2 step process. The beeps indicate that preheat is complete. To proceed, open the door, close it back, and input the time you wish to cook, it will then continue without beeping.

What would happen if the chicken is cooked first in a convection mode for 20 minutes and then on grill mode for 25 minutes?

For grill chicken does the chicken need to be without skin. Your video was good. Can we not brush the chicken with oil directly n keep for 45 minutes to grill.

Yes you can grill only. And prepare with skin as well

With skin is the best. As skin prevents driness and add more flavour to the meat. Skin is just a fat layer. Marinate it for minimum 3 hours. Use very small amount of grated raw papaya which will act as a tenderzier

Please go through the user guide, it's clearly mentioned there. Turntable should never be taken out of the oven. And also no use of metal skewer in microwave mode
