Whole Food plant Based Homemade Dole Whip in Your Ninja Creami - Better than Disney's!

Get The Ultimate Ninja Creami Experience with Kathy Hester for more whole food plant-based recipes, videos, how-tos, tips, troubleshooting, and more! Read all the details here: kathyhester.thrivecart.com/ni...
It combines tons of videos, an ebook with over 30 recipes plus color photos for each, with 2 live events thrown in for good measure!
This homemade vegan dole whip is going to blow your mind! Only 1 to 2 ingredients and you can use fresh, frozen, or canned pineapple.
I'm making this in my Ninja Creami, but you can use a Yoanana or food processor with frozen pineapple, but it won't be as creami.
If you are using fresh pineapple, cut it on a cutting board that has a gutter so you can catch all those good juices leaking out to use in your no added sugar pineapple sorbet!
You can even just dump a can of crushed pineapple with juice into a Creami pint, just don't go over the max fill line.
Freeze 24 hours and spin on the sorbet or smoothie bowl setting and enjoy the creamiest pineapple dole whip you've ever had. So much healthier and tastier than the one you get at Disney!

    Any research been done on microplastics ending up in the ice cream after the spin. I imagine some high speed friction scratching off some plastic from inner wall of container. Let me know if you have info. Thanks

  • @hypnosisforhappiness

    @hypnosisforhappiness

    Ай бұрын

    There is no friction between the blade and the plastic sides. That's why a thin "ice wall" forms inside the container, because the blade is designed not to reach the sides of the pint. The only time you will end up with plastic in your ice-cream is if you throw the blade off course by spinning non-level ice-cream.

Is the ninja creami 10 times better than if I were to use the vitamix or blendtec? because this vitamix reviewer said the vitamix does the same thing as the ninja creami.

  • @CrimFerret

    @CrimFerret

    While Vitamix is a heck of a blender, there is no way it does what the the Creami does. The blade is always at the bottom. There'd be no way to get the same result. I have the former. For smoothies and whole fruit fruit juices, it's great. It would work well in concert with the Creami actually. Use it to process the fruit and then freeze in a Creami container to end up with sorbet or gellato. That said, the Creami is a one trick appliance. It power shaves a frozen block of whatever is in the container to a smooth consistency. That's it. There are kitchen appliances far higher on my list than a Creami though I expect I'd use one if I had it.

    You might want to purchase the new Creami Deluxe with 1.5 times the capacity if you’re feeding a large family. But, if/when the original goes on sale, as I strongly suspect, you can make two pints and have multiple flavors. Either way, you can’t go wrong. It’s a time, money and health boon!
