A reunion of Rick, Michonne and Morgan is most welcomed! 😊

It might sound underwhelming but I think Jadis thought Rick was valuable purely because he’s a great leader and he can take out humans and walkers without a problem. Something that the CRM could use to train soldiers.

I just hope Rick will be reunited with everyone at Alexandria, Hilltop and Commonwealth.

Could’ve been working for the CRM as jada implied in A or B means one is to be used as a test subject other would be a worker, she would waste Rick to be a test subject so he could’ve been a high ranking solider as to why he didn’t escape till we see at the end of TWD a heli is after him, they’ve had to use something against him to persuade him heavily to work for them instead of going back to his family all those years gone

I think Ricks importance to the crm is that he’s experienced in taking out major groups of walkers and can lead people to take them out or control hordes for military purposes like how the crm took out that huge community I don’t think it has anything to do with a cure

Wasn't there a theory at one point the CRM were putting the cream of the crop of the remaining battlers in France because they were the ones most likely to be able to deal with the variant walkers? It would work as a reason others from the universe start turning up, it would work as to why Darryl was going to Philly and ended up in France and the CRM didn't just kill him if he got too close to where Rick is. They have to hussle through these back stories too with the shorter series and this is a quick explanation.

Michonne first, at the end of the season of the one who lives. Darryl is in france escaping from crm and eventually will get recaught by them and they return him to crm where he finds Carol and Michonne and Rick all captured in different divisions of crm. Negan and Maggie will also end up captured by crm. Season 2 of the one who lives centres on the gang working out how to escape and get back to commonwealth/alexandria with a bit of inside help from Jadus and Heath (now a crm soldier) the franchise culminates when they get there and Morgan has returned there - final scene being Rick and Morgan embracing and fade to a montage of the best bit of all the franchises moments over the years

Besides Michonne, no question it should be Morgan. It will be a huge throwback to the first WD episode and also how is arch in FTWD ended by radioing him saying he's going to be looking for him.

My crazy and unlikely theory: michone finds him first but she ends up kidnapped along with him, morgan and daryl eventually find eachother and because of some events, both of them ends up finding rick and michone, and the four of them gets back home together. That is, of course, if someone doesn't die on the way.

Judith has known about Rick since that episode, that's why everyone has been wanting her to tell Daryl ever since. But, she was afraid Daryl would leave to look for him too, so she didn't tell him, not until the finale. Why do you think Daryl left to find Rick at the end of the show? My goodness, you don't pay much attention.

I think that's what the writers wanted to convey, but they did a poor job in doing that. If you actually watch the scenes, there's no point where she actually tells Daryll rick is alive. She did say that michone was looking for him. It's vaguely insinuated. But we can assume based on Darylls actions that he put two and two together. The writers really suck, and handled it very poorly.

Actually a very interesting question. It's definitely gonna be Michonne to do so first but since she already knows he's alive, it won't be as impactful as someone who thinks he's dead to find out. Remember Daryl never actually left to go looking for Rick. He left to go “see what’s out there” but said If he saw a sign of Rick he would bring him home. So Daryl isn’t necessarily looking for Rick but he is keeping an eye out.

He's looking for Rick. I think because it's been so long, I mean years since Rick "died" and hasn' t shown up one way or the other. I believe he made this statement as a general one for his sake and others just in case Rick is confirmed dead, or if he gets peoples hopes up, or people will try to stop him, etc... Darryl wouldn't leave Judith, he's not looking for a different life - he's going on a wild goose chase with nothing but Judith's word. Which I think is enough for him. We all know Darryl ain't a man of many words (think about how long it took for his to apologize to Maggie after Glen's death) and he even apologized in short words then. Read his character!

Maybe they are recruiting Rick for the similar reasons why that woman...I forgot her name...recruited Negan. They see potential in certain ppl based on how they have chosen to navigate during the zombie apocalypse and also because of their leadership skills. How they bring ppl together and things like that.

Im pretty sure the time between when Rick dies and the S11 time jump(with the obvious 6 years) is about a year. So Michonne has been gone for 2(+ Dead City jump??) and Rick has been gone for 8. Also, set photos show that Michonne is the one who finds him(or at least she doesnt get captured.)

My theory: World Beyond S2 end credit screen is the latest point in the walking dead time line. Prior to this the Daryl Dixon show (likely S1 and S2) takes place. Laurent has some sort of immunity but when the doctors try and use him to create it, it accelerates the mutations that we’ve seen so far, light climbing/picking up objects becomes parkor, running, and combat. Daryl gets across sea via the new padre and believing they are who has Rick.

I’m glad you said that. It didn’t even seem like her character to just leave her kids to maybe or maybe not come back with their dad or maybe not come back at all. Then in the middle of a war, it just didn’t seem like her. Same with Daryl at the end though out the whole show his character wasn’t the type to just abandon the group especially now that he’s responsible for the kids.

Could do a cross over at the end of the last season's of them all and Negan goes to help save his life returning the favour of Rick sparing Negan.

I feel Morgan will reunite with the main shows characters, which because of the time jump may mean we see him in The Ones Who Live. I think him and Rick will find each other and we will see an opposite episode to ‘Clear’. This will then mean Rick and Morgan will find their way back to Michonne, rather than her spending her whole time in the series, ‘just looking for Rick’.

Wow, I don’t know how I never noticed that the city in the background in the scene where Rick was recaptured is Philadelphia, but now that you mention it I can tell you pretty much exactly where Rick was in that scene! Judging by the order of the buildings visible in the skyline from left to right, that scene must’ve taken place on the East bank of the Delaware near Pennsauken, NJ. It looks like he’s somewhere South of the Betsy Ross bridge, and somewhere North of Petty Island. Hell he may be on Petty Island actually, because the Delaware looks much wider than this in person pretty much no matter where you are. From the West Bank of Petty Island the width of the river would look about right. But they definitely enlarged the skyline to highlight where he was, so they could have just made the river look narrower on purpose, or it could have been just been a byproduct of the fact that they filmed this somewhere else and CGI’d Philly into the background.

Philly and NJ is so close that I used to be able to look across the bridge from my house in Philly and see New Jersey like it’s that close just a bridge 😂

My personal prediction for the order of who finds rick first as I feel like all of them are going to find Rick at some point in there respective spinoffs 1. Michonne, she is literally in the show featuring him she is easily going to find him first 2. Morgan, he's been searching Rick for a very long time but Michonne is in the show with Rick so he has less of a chance than Michonne 3. Daryl, the guy is literally in france no shot he is finding Rick until the season 2 finale 4. Negan, he is closer to Rick than Daryl is but he isn't actively looking for Rick so I feel like Daryl would catchup

I honestly think The Ones Who Live will only be about Rick and Michonne, at least for season 1(if it goes on, i hope it does).

Guys I have just finished the walking deads 11 seasons complete and man I'm in tears, it ending so well I don't think I'll be able to watch anything else after watching this for a year but my journey is not over I still must finish the side shows and to read the comics. In the end 11/10 Simply amazing

Great Contant, as always. I’m of the opinion that the boat Michonne found comes in to play with Daryl some how. Just speculation though.

In regard to the reunions. I think a good way they could do it is Rick reunites with Michonne and his kids in the Rick/Michonne Show and then the Rick/Daryl reunion could happen at the end of Daryls show when he finally returns to the commonwealth 😊

I know it's never going to happen, but it would be awesome if Negan found Rick and told him about saving Hurshel, since the last time Rick saw Negan was when he was collecting dust in a cell I know that it wont happen, but it would show some character growth for both if it ever did. :)

I feel like they are gonna set up all the spinoff series in a way where they can bring them all together in a movie or something

And I cannot wait to watch all these shows including The walking Dead from season 1 all the way to and then for it to all come together it's going to be amazing

He saw them while at crm maybe during a walker killing run but couldn't interact with them because he was under security of the crm

I have a theory that I don’t think anyone has said before, what if the reason Rick hasn’t returned in all these years is simply because he doesn’t want to or he does but he’s working with the CRM, now yes he would have tried absolutely everything during the 6 years he was gone to get back to his family but after those years he could of for whatever reason started working with the CRM. Plus in the new teaser trailer there’s a part where it looks like he’s wearing the all black armor the soldiers wear & if any of you have seen some behind the scenes footage online there’s a pick of him wearing all black CRM armor.

As a Philadelphia resident, I must say one of the skyscrapers in the Philly skyline that they show was made after 2010, when the zombie virus started.

This is probably the least important part of the video but I don’t think Rick was in Philadelphia even if he is now. I think he was originally out at one of the culling facilities in New York. There’s 6 across the state plus the training one by the research facility we saw in World Beyond. I think part of why Rick got recaptured is because he didn’t know he was passing the Civic Republic by going near Philadelphia I originally thought the spin-offs were all going to be CRM oriented. With Daryl getting the French scientists and Maggie/Negan getting the New York scientists but I was wrong on Maggie/Negan. Daryl being sent to France by the CRM is an interesting idea but at this point it feels like Daryl Dixon isn’t going to connect to Ones Who Live given what Dead City was

Here's what I hope: For the most part, I doubt this will happen. Morgan will find that green bottle that Rick threw in the river in the finale. I think Morgan then bumps into Michonne or her new group. Morgan shows her the note and she tells him what happened to Rick. Then we see them both get to CRM and help Rick. There's also the possibility that Morgan bumps into them both after the escape or the possibility that Morgan gets taken by CRM too. Maybe Michonne frees them both while Rick & Morgan are both working on a rebellion from within the CRM. If this happens, I'd really love a Morgan limited series. Only 1 season, 6 episodes. Give the OG his own show. Lennie deserves after having to be on FTWD for all these years. Show what happened to him and Mo after he left TWD. Maybe Morgan will eventually get to Alexandria/Commonwealth and they tell him what's going on with Rick. He then decides to leave Mo there to go find him. Could have other characters join him. Aaron, Lydia, Gabriel, Ezekiel or Carol. (doubtful about Carol since she'll be joining Daryl's show) I can't wait to se Rick again. I hope it's in Spring 2024 and not the fall. I really hope Morgan's part of the spin off. Maybe they have him show up at the end like in the episode Conquer. Then in season 2 we see Rick, Michonne and Morgan journey's back home. That would be legendary season with 3 incredible characters and actors. Andy and Lennie have arguably the best on screen chemistry and are both without a doubt the two best actors TWDU has ever seen. I'm thinking Althea or Strand will meet Rick first, and they will help reunite Rick with, likely, Morgan.

Daryl heard great reviews about a patisserie in Paris & decided to try his luck at finding it 🤪

Considering re watching it again love the show og season 1

It cant be just me who wants to see Rick and Negan reunite, like man they have both changed so much who wouldnt want to see it and they could both kinda put into perspective how much they have changed over the years.

Rick being immune for some reason reminds me of that theory that claimed that Rick was a Walker. That theory claimed that Rick was really some new type of Walker who is basically a person who can’t die. Which explains how he survived so long in the hospital and his many wounds throughout the show.

My interpretation of Rick rising from the dead was that he’s some sort of “apocalypse Jesus Christ” and I think that’s what they were going for with Rick taking the righteous path whenever it came to hard decisions in the early seasons

One opinion of Daryl’s part is. Since season 1 when they were at the CDC. He told Rick that France was the last to survive. So maybe the CRM sent him to France to find out why they lasted the longest. And when he comes back. Rick is set free. Maybe. Just a thought

Plot twist, they all find eachother. What I'm suggesting is that all 3 (assuming Morgan even gets a spinoff, but likely not) spinoff series will end on a just-out-of-reach cliffhanger with post-credit teaser scenes, and then ending the series with a movie where all 4 characters (maybe even more) meet up in a final reunion and battle with whatever antagonist(s) theyre dealing with at the time, and wrapping up TWD series/spinoffs indefinitely. It's a stretch. But, given the fan base and potential profitability for such an endeavor, it is plausible.

personally apart from michonne, i think negan will be the one to find him first. he seems to be scarily on the radar of the dama and i STILL think shes got connections to the CRM enough to work negan into their organization because she knows what he can do through the Croat. if he does find him first though, it's gonna be negan finding both Rick and Michonne, not just Rick himself due to the actual time jump.

HOT TAKE but I genuinely don’t think any of these spin-offs will be a success if Rick doesn’t reunite with Judith and rj at some point. Daryl also needs to reunite with Rick since he spent YEARS of his life looking for Rick in the woods. Finally Daryl needs to reunite with Carol, Judith and rj because he literally raised those kids for years and carol is his best friend. I’m scared they will try drag out Rick and michonnes show and Daryls show into two seasons but ratings will be so bad or it will cost to much to actually make another series so all story’s will remain unfinished. If the split the group up permanently or have Daryl fucking move to France I will be pissed.

I actually watch Fear the walking Dead and man you might be right about Morgan helping find him but he would have had to go to Alexandria first to drop off his daughter Moe. OMG I'm so excited to see how they pull all these different stories together

Crazy how Michonne just be leaving her kids like that… especially for so long.. I definitely understand her wanting to find Rick she love him and that’s her children father, but how the world is with walkers and other crazy people that be wanting to kill them, she’s be quick to always leave them . I also feel like Morgan might find him first then Michonne

Time jumps are crazy, just shooting the long shot, I think they're going to let his daughter find him, that would be the craziest twist, with montage's and letters filling in the blanks. On her journey it should close up all the hanging left fielders we want to know.. but who knows I cant wait!!

Abraham wrote the bit about the world needing Rick Grimes, it was included as an apology after their stand-off in the church. Furthermore, Abraham is obviously referring to the fact that he is on his way to set the world right in DC, and has high aspirations for this. Hence the world being put back together by their (Abraham, Rosita, and Eugene, joined by Glenn, Maggie and Tara by the time of this map note) mission.

If Michone is to find Rick, I thnk it could be a season 1 finale thing, season 1 could be Michone tracking him down. Season 1 climax cliff hanger resolution hooah I could see Morgan finding Rick too. The world started with Rick and Morgan's meetupand throughout the series as you mentioned, a couple times they've met up again and again.

This is a wild theory but something I thought about immedaitely when I saw 'the ones who live' trailer. The whole trailer having a red theme to it immediately made me think of 'seeing red' - and in turn, Morgan. Could the red be a hint to Morgan finding RIck at some point? Probably not but was just what I thought when I saw it.

It is my theory that Rick is with the CRM working one of their sites. I think one morning he overhears Morgan on the radio of one of the soldiers. This will make him wake up and try to escape to get back home.

I agree. We don't know where in the timeline Daryl is located. Dead City is set in the future, which is why Hershel is a lot older than he was in the finale, so it begs to differ that Daryl is also in the future. As to what the CRM might want him to look for, it might be how they introduce Rick's brother from the comics into the show Jeffrey Grimes, like Rick, might be immune and they sent Daryl there to find and bring him back. They could threaten to kill Carol or Rick's kids to get him to do what they want. That's why he tells Isabelle in the first episode that he made some bad decisions.

I just can't wait to see Rick's face when he finds out that Maggie and Megan have been hanging out 😂😂

For some reason I'm hoping Negan finds Rick. Rick would be surprised that Negan came for him as he was a Villian for a long while. But I'm guessing Judith will ask Negan to look for her dad and he will do it, because Negan likes Judith
