    Hansi Flick won more trophies than games lost. This isn't a matter of being underrated, its a matter of disrespect. Hansi is objectively 100% the better coach between him and Tuchel. In fact I'm gonna throw it out there and make people mad by saying he belongs in the ALL TIME debate. Winning a Sextuple on your first season, that's Guardiola stratosphere.

    As a Bayern fan Flick has done sth magical but once the other clubs learned to adjust Bayern was far from having the results of his first season. I think his problem is his tactical inflexibility. He had a clear idea how to play and it was highly successful but it got outdated pretty fast.

    It's amazing, given the coaching instability and injuries, that Bayern still finishes second in a strong BL and nearly makes the CL final. Of course if possible, Tuchel considers staying at the 2nd biggest club, on the planet.

    Both Flick & Tuchel r way better options than De Zerbi. De Zerbi is literally the worst possible option for Bayern because he just isn't ready yet. He needs to go prove himself at a Champions league club 1st before a big European job

    @@mananmehta6910 now you may be right. But I don't like that reasoning of "having to prove himself at a CL club" Sometimes we have to take a chance and give people a shot. Take a chance on potential and ability instead of experience. That's how we get guys like Pep, Zidane. They had no CL experience before their big jobs.

  • @keystone6162

    @keystone6162

    @@Kyleterp1 I won't argue on the politics and his temperament but, maybe that can work. Bayern needs someone that can stand up to the board and demand the resources he needs. I really do like Flick and his brand of football. Tuchel isn't bad either. But am leaning towards the next generation and their ideas as the game evolves a bit. The CL is where the real test is, and that means getting past Madrid. Need to start planning for the future with some fresh ideas.

Mourinho has much more of a stigma for being overly defensive than he has actually ever been. Sure, mid 00's Chelsea were conceding extremely rarely, but they were also scoring in bunches, and Real Madrid in 2011-12 have scored 121 goals, a record for top leagues in the 21st century.

    What is going on with Bayern Munich. In the past this has been a team that has been ran well the organization of the club know what they were doing and they used to have stability but now they’re going through a period of uncertainty and transition. Pep Guardiola is the last manager to have lasted 2 full seasons at Bayern Munich. Since him whether it’s Carlo Ancelotti Jupp Heynckes Nico Kovac Hansi Flick Julian Nagelsmann and Thomas Tuchel, for some reason managers at Bayern Munich haven’t been able to achieve consistent longevity in recent years and for a club of their size it’s a problem. In the middle of the season, they announced that Thomas Tuchel will be leaving the club at the end of the season and during that period even if their Bundesliga dominance ended they actually got to the champions league semifinals and would’ve been in the final had it not been for Real Madrid’s UCL juju. But right now they’re struggling to find a new manager and that’s unlike them. Their best bet was Xabi Alonso, he’s staying at Bayer Leverkusen for another season, Zidane has been ruled out of the Bayern Munich job, Ralf Rangnick turned them down, they won’t get Roberto De Zerbi or Ruben Amorim, the manager that they should’ve never sacked Julian Nagelsmann rejected them and he extended his stay with the Germany national team and we don’t even know if they want to bring back Hansi Flick. Their manager search has been a circus up to this point and now you’re hearing that Thomas Tuchel might stay at Bayern Munich next season similar to Xavi at Barcelona when he came close to leaving. An ideal situation should be Bayern Munich and Manchester United swapping managers, Bayern Munich gets Erik ten Hag, Manchester United gets Thomas Tuchel and for both parties it should be a win win because who’s gonna be their manager.

    I always notice that Hansi Flick is much more respected outside Germany than inside Germany. But I think most people dont seem to see the whole picture. He uaed to be Jogi Löws assistent in the national team. After that he thought about himself as a great head coach and took over bayern at a moment of crisis and won the league which wasnt tgat difficukt with his squad. When he became head coach of germany there were some very embarresaing things happening that were all documented by amazon prime which made a documentar about tgeir world cup desaster. So why is he still so highly regarded in other countries. Few information i guess and a german sounding name that they can remember
