i think holy sword of narzissenkreuz is the imaginary creation of the sword that kaeya mentioned or the sword is the representation of the harbinger of dawn(pale princess and the six pygmies),(his grandfather with one eye found a sword and goes to arcadia ruins)and also mary ann said arcadia bc in narzissenkreuz ordo there are stories about arcadia and holy sword so rene created imaginary sword and acted like a character but he was not the main character;the dragon narcisuss and the hero whose created his own kingdom with none elemental power just machines(look's like irmin the heroic king of khaenri'ah) and maybe dragon was istaroth( the one who knows the fate of this world and the inevitable end and wants to prevent but that's not a easy way the hard decisions and maybe if she wants to prevent she can play the main antagonist role but not she is just preventing the inevitable fate of teyvat bc she is the goddess of time she can read the beginning and the end of time

Well, I actually have a theory. What if, Celestia, as we know are 'alien' to Teyvat, and genosis being the remains of another alien, what if, celestia is actually lying about this whole god staff and the celestia are just some humans who figured out how to control the elements and are purposefully restricting Teyvat to have power. Because, notice, there are 3 elements that have no archon and no vision. 1. Light. 2. Quantum or the stuff Skirk uses. 3. The red stuff that the unknown thing uses to separate the traveler and his sibling. Also, there is a second theory of mine where, the traveler is from Celestia

Imo, Traveller is most likely originally from the unified Civilization, long before the Archon War, and they had been sent to find this "genesis pearl" for some purpose. Only summoned back when Khaen'riah was in great need. Notice that Aether has an 8-pointed black star on his chest... partially covered by his scarf. Just like the star of Khaen'riah and Deshret's black star.
