recorded history just barely gets to 10,000 BC, and it takes a while for an area to recover from a large meteor strike, which puts 10,000 BC in the sweet spot

You had me up until you said there were African tribes who fought wars against each other in 10,000 B.C. Then you lost me because that isn't realistically possible given the timeline of ancient civilization. Mesopotamia was formed somewhere around 5000 B.C., I doubt there would be tribes fighting wars 5000 years before that. And it never states when specifically that scene in Black Panther took place. It could have been 10,000 B.C. or it could have been 3,000 B.C. You don't know, I don't know, the people who made that scene might not know. What I'm trying to say is you can't use that scene to support a claim that the first black panther was the first hero in the MCU when you don't actually know when it took place.

They will probably build up towards a time travel event whilst giving stories like Secret Empire in which Falcon would play a key role and other space shenanigans and Land-Water domination disputes that like Aquaman, concern Namor in which we hopefully get to see Black Panther side-kick Namor into the fuckin* sky. Also something concerning the Mutants could initiate a crossover, sorta like Avengers vs X-men. Then whent that is all done. They will build up towards a multiversal event.
