Technically, none of the answers are right. If you listen to the song, although it is implied constantly that Jay Z and Kanye West are in Paris, for example, from the lyrics "You escaped what I escaped, you'd be in Paris getting fucked up, too", the song never explicitly mentions the two of them actually in that city. The closest we get is Kanye's line "Excuse my French but I'm in France", but the city of France he is in is not stated. Finally, Kanye says "I got my niggas in Paris, and they going gorillas", but he does not include himself or Jay Z in this statement. Therefore, the answer to who was in Paris, is indeed, niggas.
