The same way I'm just a little too young to have grown up in the heyday of MySpace, but I'm familiar with what it is. As for what Meme Man is, he's a character associated with a series called the "Surreal Meme Saga." Someone found an early attempt to make a 3D animated model of a human head and face, and it was very poorly done. It looked pretty funny, so people started using it as a character for shitposts and bizarre dank memes. A channel called Special Meme Fresh made this goofy ass comic wherein the 3D head argues with another similarly low quality animation model about how to properly sip a drink through a straw, and he says "Why sip when you can suck?" He then became known as "Mr. Succ" for a while, before eventually becoming a popular character in videos made by channels like Timotainment and Bagel Boy. They referred to him as "Meme Man" which is his more common name.

I hope that our generation (late millenials and gen z) will be more responsible parents because we already grew up with the internet and meme culture, so we know how to differentiate between content that is appropiate for children and what is harmful and inappropiate. The problem nowadays is that too many parents let their kids watch stuff that was meant as ironic shitposting content for adults, but it might look like its for children from the outside at first, without them even realizing how inappropiate and bad it is for children.

That's all because of this ipad thing 80% of gen alpha does this (I am 10 years old gen alpha) now they're kids but they can't think straight 5 minutes about their lifes that's all because of capitalist system parents are normal peoples and they don't teach their son to be wise they are saying: Oh come on they are kids.
