@@WiturgrlI’m guessing you are fed a regular diet of propaganda so I’ll just let you know that wokeness isn’t a problem in any of the many schools I work in regularly. However, children’s inability to focus on long term educational goals because they’ve been reprogrammed by the slab of glass parents allow them to have at such a young age definitely does contribute. Couple that with parents who think their kids are all superstars athletes and just need to focus on sports or the kids that think they are gonna be the next influencer or twitch streamer, and they have no motivation to learn anything.

Public Schools don't teach, not anymore. Homeschooling would be more beneficial, if it would be possible for financial situations.

@@piratecat990public school teachers are in a rough spot these days. Parents have stopped parenting. Add just 3-4 kids that have crap parents to any classroom and that teacher now has to spend most of their time parenting and keeping the classroom environment safe. Meanwhile, more and more funding is pulled and classes just get bigger and harder to manage.

It declined long before that. That's why you think Washington is 1st instead of 15th. There were 14 presidents before him during the revolution and up until the constitution was signed.
