Is it correct to say “I am the Experiencer experiencing the Witness witnessing”? 🙏🏼♾🙏🏼

I have one question is the observer the same for every living being like ants and snake or higher intelligence perceive higher conciousness due to able to observe more

In my opinion the witness or observer of mind and its thoughts is a hypothetical or imaginative theory 🤔 If it is not an object and one can't see it ,but you can't experience it as well. You can just imagine about it.
