I worked at a Goodwill in North Port FL years ago. I took in donations. I threw out at least 60% of what was donated every day. You wouldn't believe the things people donated. Anything from Human ashes to IVs with blood in it, and everything in between. I never let broken items into the store. At that time we were a million dollar store. That was around 2004. I was even on the news once. They asked what would I like to tell people. I said get to know your garbage man. If you want to donate something, ask yourself would you give it to your friend, sister or anyone you know. If the answer is no then we don't want it either.

I donate to savers lots so much things in good condition some almost new. I don’t like donating things that are old or in bad condition. I only donate things that I would buy.

MY DTR WORKED AT ONE ONCE & THE STORIES SHE WAS TOLD WOULD > LIGHT ONES HAIR ON FIRE < ! DEAD PUPPY IN A BAG ! UGH....
I had a daughter pass away, and i promised her where ever i went, i'd put a night light out so she could always find me.❤
I saw you show those earrings on the live-stream replay, and when you put them beside each other and said, "Don't they look like butterflies?," I said, "Yes they do." Then I realized that's because they are the Chinese moths you see so often in traditional Chinese art. If you put them together with the 'top' side of the earrings touching, you can see the antennae and body of the moth come together. They are just wonderful. Once again, you found great items, and made a fun video while you were at it! 💞💕💞
I haven’t watched your videos in months. My husband has had 3 surgeries since February, which included a big toe amputation. I have been waiting on him so when I get downtime, I usually sleep. It feels like coming home to see a friend. I so wish I could get shop done and resell myself.

Awww I'm so sorry things have been rough. Glad you found time to come back!
That’s a chaste tree. I have two of them they have beautiful purple flowers. They do go dormant in the winter.
There's nothing like the smell of lilacs, my 2nd favorite bloom. First is wisteria!
Danni, I believe your backyard tree with purple blooms is a vitex (chaste tree) rather than a lilac. We have them in abundance in Texas. I'd rather have a lilac, but it's too warm here for them to grow well. What I grow is a Texas Mountain Laurel (sophora secundiflora), an evergreen that blooms gorgeous blue/purple flowers in spring thst smell like grape kool-aid. Not kidding. Yum!

Yes, definitely not a Lilac Tree. It would be dead with your 100 degree weather you are having. I'm in Ontario and our Lilacs start in May and are just about done now. One of my favorite flowers

I had a huge lilac when I lived in Delaware but alas, they don't take to Georgia heat very well. My grandmother tried for years to grow one. They smell amazing!
You have absolutely no idea how much depression glasses we found and sold in her house to a glass dealer that you know showed up at the yard sale early and then we gave her early access to come buy it. Unbelievable. Let me just say that it was truly unbelievable how much she had and how much it was worth.
Exactly, I was born and raised in Virginia (Radford) and have lived in NC for the past 30 years, "bless your heart" shows love and concern (as well as showing a diss) so Bless your heart is good too 😊❤
Silly is the best way to be. I love silly when my grandchildren tell me I’m silly. I say thank you and laugh, which makes them giggle of course. You can never feel old if you stay silly.
I look forward to your KZread videos. For a little while they make me forget the crazy world we live in at the moment. Also, I absolutely love the cherries dish. It's perfect for serving food at a picnic, barbecue, etc. Good choice.
The square flat piece that artwork piece was worth 60 bucks you should have picked that up
I was raised in Va. live in NC. Nothing wrong with Bless Your Heart. We say all the time. Maybe further South.

Thanks for bringing joy to my life everyday! You are a gift to SO MANY. I so appreciate your sweet inner soul.
That pretty blue leaf dish would be a cute soap dish for the bathroom.
Ive only ever used the phrase "bless your heart" as an expression of sincere gratitude or affection. Never thought of it in any other way. ?
Noah cracked me up, popping his head up like that😊🤣
Yes, we were sending vibes about those candlesticks being orange tag 🤣

Snow White needs a carpal tunnel repair!
I'm happy to see you picked up the Lenox scarecrow dish. 😉
What a great haul! And canning season is NEVER over, LOL!!!
I always check glassware. I’ve found Waterford glasses for $.99 I use nightlights for my husband. He has vertigo and if there is no light he gets dizzy and can fall.
I know where the idea came from about Bless your Heart. There was/is an obnoxious real estate commercial that insinuated that it meant something like You Dumb***. I am thankful that most pay no attention to it!!! I love it and use it regularly here in Texas!!!
The pig in pajamas bank was so adorable!! I would have totally bought and kept for myself!

I would too. Since retiring I live in pj’s, lounge wear and only wear real clothes for church and doctor’s appointments.
Curvy Cactus wood piece looks like a cook book stand.
If I find something I like, and it is not chipped but just missing paint, I use nail polish. Billions of colors exist, so easy to find
What to your hands free camera? I thought it worked out great!
I’m homebound and walk or stand for very long so I do not get to thrift. I look vicariously through you tube shoppers. I buy my collectibles from eBay but it now…auctions of any type makes me nervous and anxious. Cost more but it does bring me happiness. My income is very very tight so I only allow myself $25 every other month. Glad I shopped you today.

Unbelievable. Let me just say that it was truly unbelievable how much she had and how much it was worth. I still have a giant collection from my Nana on the other side of the family, but unfortunately it’s the doomed marigold that nobody wants, and she actually got it from gas stations and movies and such. I collect fiesta so I kept a lot of it for myself, but I did sell some.

Omg you liked my comment!!!!!! I want the Lenox piece!!!!
Cherries *ARE* cheerful.
The ring on the bottom of the decorative round copper wall plate would be for a copper bowl that fit in that ring. We put an air plant in it 😉
That was a real good trip,Danni..you found some amazing treasures!👌🏻🫶🏼
Thanks for your time and video😊
I got the gnome! It’s going to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Love it! ❤
Omg i died laughing with the insert of that barbie when u looked at the bunny with the schmutz on its mouth 😂
Another cool video. Thanks 👍
The sloth speaker is worth about $35. :D I stop the video when I see stuff I like and use my google lens to learn more about all the interesting stuff. Even things you don't look at ;)
OMG!!!! Yes, I remember polishing the chrome on my bike rims 😂. I loved the clean and shiny results!

Dani as soon as i saw the orange tag on the candle holders i was like Daniiii orange tag half off😂😂
I think that tree in your yard is a Vitex ( chaste tree) I have 5 of them , a lilac needs much cooler weather and the leaves are almost shaped like hearts. Fyi
Just because a piece says Limoges doesn’t mean anything. It’s like saying New Orleans . It’s an area in France. It really needs the second name, the maker, like P. HavillAnd then Limoges. So don’t be fooled by Limoges.

The Castles show it is Castel Limoges - all researched and valued in the recap!
Soooooo happy that you bought that soft cover "just for fun" book! In the last 6years my husband has gotten me 2 of my favorite books from my childhood. I can't tell you how awesome it is reading them now......BTW they are: The King's Stilts by Dr Suess. The other is a little golden book, "Scupper the Sailor Dog". If you have the chance, they'll both influence your life.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that hand carved wooden tray! I want it!
That Gardenia candle would give me a migraine. They smell beautiful but I just can't have one near me. I wish that Snow White hadn't been broken. She was always my favorite Disney character, I'll never forget the Snow White watch that Santa put in my stocking when I was a kid.
Wow…..some great finds!!!
Great stuff!
I have those metal roosters on my chicken coop. 15 yrs now.when the paint wore off, i spray painted them white. Liked them even better. There's nothing like lilacs in the spring. I can smell the chineese lilacs from across the farm.
I never once polished any of my bikes or remember seeing any of my friends do it, during the mid-seventies.

Was going to save that. But then, we were country kids and road our bikes till they fell apart :D Through mud puddles, gravel pits, was raised on logging roads.. so shiny bikes just weren't a thing :D
Love all the goodies
Good finds again . I had to smile at the end with that kitty cat pin because i have that same pin 44:42
So glad you got that book just for you 🙏🙏🙏xxx
Hi Danni, I've missed so many videos it makes me sad. M E / CF and looking after family grandchild and more to come :) 🙏 🙏 .You're so wonderful ,I'm loving everything you do❤ 💙 🐦 💙 🐦 💙
You always find awesome things. Loved the cat pin.send that heat my way please it's not been very hot here the last couple days.😀🇨🇦
That blue loveseat is fabulous ❤
We use nightlites n our bathroom so we don't have to turn on a light when we get up during the night.
Nightlights - yes. in every room since I went over 55 YO!!!

Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤❤
Bless Your Heart….i love that…say it a lot here in GA!….Our Goodwill in town is much smaller than yours in Vegas….they are selling too much new stuff here….you find some great treasures!,
I love your rings!!!!
Those little green thing guys are cute. Great trip loved it all.
23:56 Yup, squeezed wet pink soap from my Brillo pad onto bicycle chrome and polished with a rag. 😊
You mean, Santa Claus, on top of the 🌲
Great finds

Stay tuned for the next video!
Amazing video!! Really enjoyed everything about it :) If possible in the future, could you do a video revving up your car? So we can hear how it sounds!
Cherries are cheery! 😊
Love the new rings keep going❤
I sold those metal roosters on ebay. Started reselling after watching your videos. Always look for quality. I haven't been able to go full time yet. I take care of my 16 month old granddaughter and daughters furbaby while my daughter works. I'm a stay at home grandma/ mom and that's definitely a full time job.
Those glass containers remind me of the old apothecary jars. Mom used to put hand soap etc in them.❤❤❤

Jordan could fill with candies for her week long wedding celebration.
I believe the wood thing is to set your recipe book on. Your diamond ring is beautiful.
Hello from Canada ,, yes , I was telling you to pick up those red candle sticks ,, Orange tag ,,, lol if I was shopping with you ,,, I would of picked up that cherry tray ,,, I grow cherrys ,, thanks for window shopping ,take care ,
Look at you with your new rings. Lookin’ good 💍
at 23:17 it could be a card holder for people who cant hold playing cards just guessing thats what I would use it for as i can't hold cards😊
Christmas in July is coming right up! I saw 2 Christmas themed mugs I liked in your shopping trip.
I don’t use a nightlight, but I do need paper bills. Early onset dementia.
I believe that is a cookbook stand
I have a lot of battery operated candles in the bedroom and string lights in a couple of dark corners serving as my night lights 😊
Wild Oats by Stonehenge is the pattern of my everyday plates. I’ve had them for many years. We have a nightlight in the bathroom and in the kitchen, the type that turn off once the sun comes up.
Wow! Love the gorgeous rings! ❤
Those old light globes could be cute mushroom 🍄 tops!
Hi, another use for older light covers are bird feeder, bird baths, squirrel feeder. Hang in bathroom to hold soap or hand towels
1967 huffy. i still own my 1st bike i learned on, my dad taught me. light green. I used turtle wax on my beauty.
Love the cherry plate
I’ve used old ceiling light glass shades as mushroom tops on colored wine & alcohol bottles.
Yep, still use the wine stoppers when I accidentally buy wine that has a cork.
The little glass mug with the "brass" handle is one of a set of (I think) 6. I had them. They may have come with green stamps.
I think the car is a Rolls Royce. I live in WV. Bless your heart doesn't mean "Bless Your Heart" here. Lol. Looking fierce Danni!
The pearl shaped liked men's tie and the ceramic straw basket with fruit have to be oldies but goodies. My mother had both of those of items.

The pearl tie is a necklace 😍
Frame 34:33 That skimmer & tong tool. I watch a couple of cooking shows, that the ladies use the skimmer side to gather up crumbs while they are cooking. They say when you are frying batches of something, those loose crumbs floating in the grease will burn, an cause the next batches to taste burnt. An the tong side is used like tongs. Noah might find that interesting, if he Fries things in batches. :~)
❤ love the linens! I’m trying to use less paper towels 🧻
No matter what I did I received gratification from a job well done. I owe that to parents that took joy in the work they did 😊
You would have liked my blue bike in the 60s. Liked shining the real chrome on our previous cars. Very pretty finds. Curious about the little green guys. 😊
I want that gnome 😂
I think you have a Vitek tree because lilacs are bushes, right?
@SaltyShaman
18 күн бұрын
Lilacs can turn into trees with age.
Yes, @ 10:58 not a lilac. But you might have to check with your tortoises because Chaste bushes do have a berry. 💕
