He speaks English, Dutch and French, looks like a born leader, passionate about the game, cant wait to see how he builds the team next season and implements his tactical ideas even more

Mr Will Still, remember the name 🔥

Hey love youre video 😍 I was able to see Still's passage when my club Beerschot 💜 was still playing in first class. To be honest, we had some doubts… also because images appeared at his old club Lierse where he raged like a beast in the dressing room, but apparently those images were recorded at the wrong time… Ennyway when Will took over from Losada, some key players were transferred and never replacedand that resulted in a free fall in the standings. The club did attract an older coach the following year with more experience and the necessary diplomas, but did not buy anything, just as was the case with sister club Sheffield United.with the result that we will be back in the 2th class this year. The board is obviously keen to promote this year, but we are not seeing that in our core of players for the time being.. We follow Will a lot less now, now that he coaches in France, but now that we see the results, this is impressive and still nice that he passed us, I think 😍 The new current national coach of Belgium also seems to be a laptop coach like Will Still, maybe his future lies there with us too?🇧🇪

@@Clayts It's a fun club to coach in FM, especially with Sheffield United as a sister club, but that will soon change. the club would be for sale. Hopefully that's not bad news for Beerschot because we'll miss out on rental players. As a supporter, we naturally hope for the best..

Will gets offered jobs based on being an FM player, I...just get stuck at home trying to persuade the board to give a star player a decent contract XD

I see all the videos about Will Still, keep saying that Reims pay a £22k fine every time he is managing them but what they don't say is that Reims get £25k back, something to do with FIFA.

I'm gonna be such a buzzkill here (and i'm sorry), but I think the Will Still hype is a bit over the top at the moment. Managers don't have the same direct control over results players do and thus are subject to larger "variations in form". Great managers (like Klopp) inevitably have bad years (like now and his last year at Dortmund), while middling managers like George Burley who once took Ipswich Town to a 5th place premier league finish (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001%E2%80%9302_Ipswich_Town_F.C._season) sometimes have very good seasons. It's still very very early to be judging Will Still as promising as he may look right now.
