Pile #1 is me... The explanation for "why" is accurate. A while back I took too long to leave a bad situation and it's left me with a few scars so to speak. I now have much greater difficulty feeling safe in commitments of various sorts - due to not having sufficient confidence that I can leave them whenever I want... that's where the stuck feeling is coming from. He made an impression on me due to his joyfulness and spontaneity and the fact that he made me feel seen. But due to emotional overwhelm I acted in avoidant ways that made him feel rejected.

This was really accurate! I checked the pile 2 and thought it was about an ex, then you started to describe the pseudo "situationship" that I just ended because all the reasons you mentioned 😄 And that he was doing the opposite, instead of being good to help me healing or give me something good, he was just stealing my energy!
