I listened to pile 1 which didn't resonate until. You said still remain our selves not make the other the only thing in your life. Which is want my x had done with me. It brought up a question anyone might innocently might ask that triggers me. So I sat with that to see why someone in an innocent way might ask until the trigger was gone.
