The story of all of Loki's children he had with Angrboda is so sad. All they ever wanted was to be loved, even accepted, but Odin wouldnt allow that. Jörmungandr was thrown into the ocean AS A CHILD by Odin. Hel was told to be alone with dead people for the rest of her life. Fenrir was fine, my guy was legit just CHILLIN is asgard with Tyr, but nooooo, Odin is just so.... GAH! That he betrayed fenrir and cast him to a rock because of a mere prophesy, even forcing Tyr to betray Fenrir. Even if he was to die either way, why would you act this way to CHILDREN? seriously, if I was in Odin's place, even if I knew they were going to kill me no matter what, I would never even THINK of treating Loki's children as anything but equals until they actually physically attacked me, and even then I wouldn't just have them killed, I would look at myself and see if I've done anything wrong first. Odin feared his own death so much that he went to the lengths of hurting others, that's how you know you've become the villain.

Man this story is very similar like in Hindu mythology...In which Indra killed Brittasur ...like in this Brittasur was also a giant serpent who stop the flow of river in Earth and process of evolution is stopped in Earth Then Indra killed him in battle like Thor in Norse mythology...and surprisingly both are king of Thunder ⚡⚡⚡⚡

There’s like 3 ways ragnarok can start for each famous player during it, such as fenrir becoming unbound, loki being freed from his poison bindings, Jormungander being fully awoken, and a billion more. Yet somehow, you chose the one thing that did not cause ragnarok. The death of baldur at the hands of Hodur and Loki through mistletoe caused Loki to become bound.

Not a lot of people know about norse mythologi (that we’ll) so it’s nice to someone being correct. But u left a few details out (i did to). The thing is misseltoe. Baldur’s brother is blind (høder(in danish)). So Loki just helps høder aim with the misseltoe on the end of an arrow. It hits baldur and he dies. thus the start of ragnarok.

Possibly that story is distorted by the influence of Christianity. The Serpent is the ancient earth god. The name translates to Earth magic wand. its function is quite similar to Thors so some archaeologist question why should there be a feud between them? Odins' story also has a lot of similarities to Christ. Hanging on a tree, pain, resurrection with new powers. Maybe there is a much older story that has been carried by oral lore and changed by time and culture.

When you realize Hel in the MCU is Loki's sister.

@@ShourjoTS not at all. Ragnarok is the death of most gods of Asgard. Odin, Thor and more die however try and freya survive. After ragnarok, a new world will emerge as if nothing had happened and no gods to interfere with human affairs. Except of course: Tyr and Freya who help the humans.
