Ole wasn’t a coach. Phelan, Carrick, McKenna and Co. coached the players. Ralf Ragnick will be more than just an interim manager, he will be the head coach and it’s about time United start developing their players. Martial and Rashford should be levels ahead of what they are, just to name two.

Ole deserved the sacking but I honestly feel for him for being scapegoated like that. Imagine your own staff not getting the boot whilst you do when you know you're not the only one that was part of the problem. This just proves the incompetence and the lack of planning from the board. Ole AND HIS STAFF should have been sacked during the intl. break so it would give the club more time to prepare for a replacement. So frustrating watching how this club operates.

Broke through at spurs and became a legend with sensational champions league performances then every trophy at madrid playing with peak ronaldo in the bbc. Was a key player there until last couple of seasons. Became a hero for wales reaching tournaments and knockout stages. Is a great amateur golfer. Not sure what he’ll regret.
