yes! Great panels coming for sure!
One more benefit of the Bifacial panels are that when they are covered with snow the panels heats up from behind.... Making the snow slide off, from the front 😉

So my guess is a bi facial panel would be more efficient on a white surfaced roof?

Thats something I would love to test! In theory yes! White metal roofs !!!! :)
Man the advancements in panels is amazing and I have LG panels on my system and can only imagine what will happen in the next 25 years and thanks for the information 👍

Meyer Burger is going to build a factory in USA 2024? 2025? So no shipping needed anymore, get a trailer and pick up yourself 🙂 Just found the press release: With an initial capacity of two gigawatts, Meyer Burger's new solar cell production facility in Colorado Springs (US state of Colorado) will exclusively supply Meyer Burger's solar module plant in Goodyear (US state of Arizona) with solar cells "Made in the USA". Production is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2024.

In the process of looking into solar for our home in Las Vegas. So many options. One is Meyer Burger and SolarEdge with optimizers and the other is QCell with Enphase. My brain is done. Would you recommend one over the other? We have zero shading problems, A shaped roof, and faces exactly south.

I would always choose String, and both panels Meyer and QCells are great and my top picks! kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zn-T05mhd6mypdI.html - here is a video why i9 say string over micro. This process can be tiring, but based on what you said, you have the best roof, and Vegas has great sun exposure! :) good and quick ROI just make sure to check installer's reviews! Martyna
