I don’t know how his situation compares to Darwin but I do know that the same route they took with Storm vs Jean..they did here with Synch and Hope and that’s gave him limitations on, not his powers but on using his powers. Storm’s, who was more powerful than Jean (red hair), body and will played against her being able to fully use her powers less she overheat and possibly die. Synch, who is more powerful than Hope (red hair), will age and possibly or eventually die if he fully use his powers. Darwin’s powers were/are "adaptation" and he had no control over it while Synch’s powers are "synchronization" and he has control over it. Saying all that…if Synch fans continue to push and fight then, like Storm (who was the first Omega Level Mutant), Synch (already an Omega Level Mutant) will eventually become "Officially" an Omega Level Mutant.

Sync better be on one of these new X books because he got a crazy push in Krakoa and it would be a shame if they just ignored all of that development

This guy powers is crazy. X-men need to keep him on speed dial as well as the avengers. Nice video man.

That. And the fact that the powers he borrowed from other supers don’t really fade away after awhile like Rogue’s. He keeps an imprint of them. Plus, he seems to be using those abilities with a far greater mastery than their owners. Talk about schooling

Stalemate. As far as I know Darwin's powers are wholly defensive. Synch wouldn't be able to beat him and Darwin can't beat Synch.

Kinda Reminds Me Of *Apocalypse Rachel Summers,Dawin, Life Guard*

Great Video Synch was always my favorite mutant in Generation X, but unfortunately, he's not listing as a Omega-Level mutant,. Only Hope Summers is listed as Omega-Level in power mimcry department, who knows he may develop into one in the future and change his name to the Professor, but that a whole another timeline according to Moria and her ten lives...

He does get older when using his powers but that really doesn't make sense lol he's arguably the most powerful mutant

I really like this character and yes he is an Omega level mutant...I'll argue that down, because he is as powerful as Rogue, Mystique naturally and of course if he is near someone like Magneto; it's on. Again brother you say it all with the way you round the video up at the end, giving the characters the roses they deserve...greatness. You and all of our family in CHRIST continue to be in my prayers, I continue to ask that almighty GOD to bless all of us with HIS unstoppable love and blessings in the name of our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT. in Generation X early issues Storm and Bishop visit the team and some kind of bomb goes dazing Bishop and in his Dazed state he calls M grandma and earlier in the issue Bishop told Storm that Synch remind him of a younger him and also both M and Bishop are linked to Gateway don't know if they retcon all that or not it was the early 90s

This guys power is insane

It seemed like they were building Synch up to be a major character and then proceeded to do jack shit with him before throwing him back into comic book limbo again.

These characters are so out of hand now. I remember Gen x synch was a regular, unique mutant and thats what made him interesting. But now he, like everyone is uber-powerful, because we cant excite readers except a. Give them the phoenix, b. Make them omega. Everyones an omega now. Even Storm can solo three Omegas.
