Exactly! I'm more of a noodles person than fried rice person. Cuz not every place makes a good fried rice but no place can go wrong with their noodles!😅

i didnt know Kolkata Chinese was so different to the one of Mumbai (i think that's where BuzzFeed India hq is? idk) because here Sasha’s order would be considered the most normal one! instead of fried wonton we'd have fried MOMOS though, apart from that really love everyone else's orders too!

I know right! I had never heard of mongolian pot rice or triple szechuan rice before! Momos would definitely be in my indo chinese order, along with ‘mixed’ hakka noodles, the one with prawn, chicken and egg. Lol

The fried wonton might be some restaurant-specific thing. Other than that Sasha's order is quite common too. My personal favorite is Triple Schezwan Rice. Whoever came up with the recipe is a genius.
