Who enforces Colorado Springs' firework ban?
Fire departments are working with police to step up patrols watching for illegal fireworks. It's an issue they typically see through the week and not just on the Fourth of July. In Colorado Springs all fireworks you can light, other than professional shows, are illegal.

No one enforces this. There is Zero accountability and Zero discipline in this State, and this applies to literally everything in this State.
