the playlist should be numbered from ep 1 to ep 7 and play that way concurrently. as it stands now, ep 7 is listed number 1.

Okay, so the theory covered in this 2nd half of this episode is that one or more subordinate Philippino geologists, bitter about their poor pay, bought some alluvial gold to salt the samples. Supported by heresay no less.

De Guzman himself was Filipino. It seems pretty clear that De Guzman and at least some of the Filipino geologists were part of the conspiracy. It sounds like they were able to disappear and the Filipino government isn't interested in investigating.
Why don't you treat your listeners like adults who can handle being talked to about death?
