Dr. Arbind Kumar Mishra completed his M.E Power System Engineering at IIT Roorkee and Electrical Engineering, PhD at 同志社大学 / Doshisha University, Japan & Post Doctorate in electrical engineering at Universitat Politècnica de València UPV
He devoted his career at IOE for long time where he started from lecturer and end up with Professor for Electrical Engineering. He had been in different position in Electrical Engineering Department and in Campus Administration. He also works as a Campus Chief of Pulchowk Campus and also as a member of National Planning Commission.
Currently, he is involve in different consulting works and also as a QIP Director of National College of Engineering.

Er. Rajkumar Adhikari is a professional Civil engineer with MBA degree. He has worked in different manufacturing companies like Shivam Cement, Ambe Steels, Siddhartha Cement & CG Cement as a Technical Project Sales Manager and as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He has diverse work experience in the construction industry from construction material manufacturing industry to the use of those materials.
Currently, Er. Adhikari is working as an authorized valuer of different commercial & development banks of Nepal.
