Apart from you and england fans, most football experience people say Spain will beat england tomorrow by bossing the midfield, by their creativity, and their movements in the final third. England has a talented quad but no imagination in their plays. It will be difficult because england will park the bus but Spain will win in the end.

Undermining Spain will make them win this game easily, Their players are as good as ENGLAND so better take them serious because they played better than any other team in the tournament.

Why is everyone so fixated on the last game? The match against Spain won't be anything like it. Spain's weakest links are their CBs, which would suggest Kane will have a important roll to play.

@@innervisionjj Since when do CFs create? Their one and only job is to be in the right place when it counts. Although Kane clearly isn't at peak fitness, he's still dangerous in front of goal.

@@creepingdread88 Kane needs to have pace or he is useless other than the ability to take penalises. When he left Spurs the total goal output that season was 70. The following season without him was 67 so roughly nothing changed. The last 3 world cups Kane was one of the top scorers but half his goals were pens with 6 goals while players like Mbappe with 8 goals in other World Cups scoring the majority of goals from open play from the wing as did James Rodriguez for Columbia who scored 5 from open play and one pen in 2018 from CM. Kane gets to be top scorer only with pens so quite clearly we need to have conversations about a CF that can create and finish. In addition neither Mbappe or Rodrigez were CFs in the past world cups so quite clearly the actual CF in their teams could perform other tasks like pulling the defence in different directions or being at the right place outside the box to help other attacking elements in the team. Kane unfortunately lacks the speed or the energy to hold off players which is one of many reasons why we are playing pedestrian styled football in the final 3rd as well as the negative and unimaginative style Gareth Southgate has adopted which breeds uncertainty into the team. In short, Kane is not England's answer.

The Spanish have an ageing defence. Saka running at their LB constantly will terrify them. And if we can get Foden playing in the right half space the way he did against the Netherlands I genuinely think we could tear them to shreds. The more Williams is forced to track Saka back and help out Cucurella, the less damage he can do the other way. I am more worried about the other side where a rampant Yamal is up against a potentially not fit Shaw. Bellingham will need to be very disciplined.

2021 Phillips was great for England.

foden barely has good games for England and even rarer scores.... in terms of big moments kane Bellingham or saka are most likely from the first 11 in terms of the key man it's mainoo... if Spain smother mainoo England will have 0 foothold in the game (like the Netherlands did in the 2nd half). if mainoo has a good game then england has a baseball for counters and attacks

Tripier is probably the best player in the squad in my opinion he should be captain but Southgate is clueless and dosnt know how to use the players correct

It's Passion v Class. This game could go either way. Spain can get few quick goals and could be out of site early on. However with Southgate's tactics are defence, especially in early parts of the game this may not happen. We could see out a game that goes all the way, but Spain will not want that and will push for a win. As I said earlier any of these teams could win it. The neutral just want a classic drama filled match, the English just are desperate to win at any cost, Spain want to finish in style. Let's see what will happen.

Gareth Southgate has been lucky. The only reason why he has been successful is because of the talent of players that we have at our disposal. It's nothing to do with him. It's everything to do with the players. He has no tactical awareness. He has no tactical prowess. We are where we are because of the talented players that we have. If we win it's got nothing to do with Southgate. A better manager would have won the world cup in 2018 And the Euros in 2021. Southgate is lucky that for the first time in probably more than 50 years that the England squad is actually better than Brazil I have never seen that in my lifetime.
