The best thing is to buy the amp from the retailer and have to be shipped to him. Then, have it shipped to you after bulletproofing it.

I know exactly who ur talking about ive referenced acouple of his videos about taramps i have repaired probably around 200 or so hd 3k taramps most of them have the same failure and that md12k is known by amp repair techs to have some wicked board flex the coating on the wire for the toroids rubs raw from flexing and the legs for the power supply and output section legs vibrate and snap the legs this bulletproofing is why kicker new full bridge warhorse 3600 costs 1,000 bux they over built the amp and made it bulletproof and kicker uses top shelf quality parts and inhouse custom designs on their amps and they last 20+years if u take care of ur stuff. I do alot of kicker repair work because some of the sellers i work with on amazon sell kicker cxa series amps so i know just about all of the kicker amps very well . Thats cool u know him for repairs u seem to know some talented ppl in the car audio community.

This bass stuff and car audio community is pretty small. There a a lot of very talented people out here but most of them just lay back in the cut giggling and laughing. Social media is just not for a lot of older guys. I wished folks could have seen a 1/4 of the shit i had on Facebook before i got smart and got rid of that mess. You wouldn't believe all the shit I was involved in. Reason why I say to folks I've been there and done that. Todd talks with barevids and I'm sure a lot of the bassheads and sq guys chat with each other. It's truly a small community in a big world.

Absolutely.. I've watched his work as well and commented on his channel.. if I needed a amp repair that's the guy👍. If I need a sub repair , chuck sanders is the guy🤘.

That's a nice amp i watch his videos ive asked him some questions on specific taramps repairs he really knows hella stuff about about Brazilian full bridge designs these boards suffer from board flex really bad and snap the mosfet legs off this is one of the guys i learned some stuff about and now know what specific models and what certain problems usually happen to what model amps mostly ive been doing alot of repairs on hd 3k taramps and sundown sfb 3 and 5k I rarely get any of the md series taramps in for repair .

I been a subscriber to his channel before I was to your channel very smart man. It’s funny how a little glue go along way right he has a video on bulletproof thing. He doesn’t call it that but he goes through an MDK and shows all the defects that he sees normally and what he does to prevent them so if they do their homework, they might be able to figure it out themselves, but I doubt it.

Hey bro my LOC blew because of a short at the T-tap connectors that the original install shop used and I'm pretty sure it took my brand new Deafbonce AAK 6k with it can you please tell me an amp repair service that is top notch and fast this has messed everything up

i dont even know the guy if you go to page and see he has been making videos of repairing amps for 3 years thats a nuff for me to see the guy has plenty experience and i wouldn't dought he been repairing for years before he made videos alot of guys that been working on electronics started out repairing tv's all the way back before flat screens and from experience they know weak points of the components and they also know what last long and what they can switch up to maybe make more power and last longer it really does take experince and time to figure all that stuff out iv learned alot from tv repair and home stereo repair and cb repair tweaking and peaking cb even worked on rc cars back in the day i not the best at it but my friends know i like to tinker with stuff so alot of stuff they will say im throwing this away you want it and i try to fix it and learn more and more

He's old like me and most of us have layed back in the cut not saying anything ...just watching and laughing. 😂😂 He talks with Barevids on things so you would be surprised who talks with who... its a small community across a large country .
