@@elizabethafton8538 Ice-cream everyday is extremely bad for your health and you could get cavities if you eat it everyday all day. If you still don’t understand I’ll tell you why. In ice-cream there’s sugar and the sugar is bad for your health why you may ask well. When you eat it the extra insulin in your bloodstream affects arteries everywhere over your body. It causes their walls to get inflamed, stresses your heart and damages it overtime, could lead to a heart disease like a heart failure, heart attack, and strokes. The sugar is quickly digested by your body you can end up feeling tired, angry/cranky, and hungry again and it doesn’t help if you eat more.
