For the last several months, I have been working on a number of things in myself and one of those has to do with religious trauma. While I originally just wanted to learn more about that religion and unpack that, it ended up leading me down a rabbit hole of learning more about cults and other exploitative spiritual practices. That Twin Flames Universe cult was just one that I ended up hearing of and I watched the documentary. I was very big on the idea of twin flames, etc. at one time. All I will say is that it didn't go so well for me, but it led me on a journey and I've grown since then. But I want to thank you because there's a dark shadow side to spirituality that no one ever talks about. Twin flames and some of the beliefs people have around that are just one of those things. I'm not saying they aren't real, or that all spirituality is bad. Not at all, especially as a spiritual person, myself. But there are always different sides of things. While there's a lot of good things that help people, there's also a lot of bad and it's important to be aware and discerning so that you don't hurt yourself or allow anyone else to. I'm proud of you for being brave enough to speak to these kinds of things, even when, ESPECIALLY when you're afraid of people getting upset about it. Because it NEEDS to be said and by more people in this community. As people committed to a path of self awareness, empowerment, and growth, it's so important to be able to look at and acknowledge the dark sides to things. Not just within our own unconscious, but also in outside people, organizations, etc, who have impact and influence in our lives. It can be scary, but on the other side is clarity and freedom. @@l.m2190 I tend to agree at this point in my life. I worded things the way I did, however, because the fact is I don't know everything. I haven't experienced or learned all there is to know in life. For all I know, I'm wrong and I don't want to diminish someone else's experience, especially if they are experiencing some kind of healthy version of "Twin Flames". I have no idea what that would be, but you never know. For now, I prefer to believe in the importance of our own autonomy and that no relationship should infringe on that. Nor make you feel in anyway responsible for some aspect of learning, growth, development, etc, that should fall under the purview of individual autonomy and responsibility on behalf of another person.

Wow, pile 1. I completely resonate with this reading too. Thank you! Yes, I do have a deep connection with trees. I've always loved being in the forest (it was a safe and comfortable place as a child). Some years ago I did an intensive energy healing session with an energy healer. For about 2 weeks before the session, trees started showing themselves to me. All were intensely beautiful and loving, some even playful. Anywho, during the session I *experienced* a vision of myself as an infant being tenderly attended to by a large family grove of trees who lifted me up as far as their branches would reach to lovingly present me to the sun and welcome me into the world. It was a time of incredible healing and magic. For a couple months now I've been in intentional retreat to do further inner healing, including inner child. It's a more expansive healing journey of allowing myself to open to whatever wants care and expression. I live alone, so my poor singing (when that energy shows up) isn't a bother to anyone but my precious dogs, and they don't seem to mind. They're so sweet that they do seem to mind when I cry though. I feel like this retreat will bring a lot of growth and movement into more of the truth of myself in powerful ways. That is my intention ~ to go into the depths and return more fully embodied and alive with gifts to share. Yes, it has been so exhausting to hold myself, my light down. I've always longed to be normal, and tried so hard to correct myself to that standard only to bury myself further. Now I see how meaningless that standard is, it's soul crushing, and I'm determined to rise and embrace my true self and rediscover magic.

I literally JUST took the high road. I lost my child but STILL help kids. Thsts my job is working to help autistic kids. Ty for this positive view of me. Eso I truly have no words for the Pile 1 reading, I was really meant to see this because I was just journaling about the literal feeling that I feel that the people around me, make me feel like I should be smaller, quiter and more agreeable, and how frustrating and wrong it felt. eso, first of all your voice is so comforting. i always feel so at peace whenever i listen to your readings. secondly thank you for this reading, i chose pike 3 and was bawling 😭 i have committed to working on myself and becoming better but today i just felt so shitty, it’s like all i can see are my flaws. it’s not like i don’t believe that others enjoy my presence but i have a hard time staying present and end up feeling out of place and disconnected. and it’s a lonely feeling. but for an hour and an half i didn’t feel like that. ily booger
