He's good for casual, being aggro based though in effect does cut down the power level for cedh a little bit, but card draw is never a bad thing

I love the idea of curses being hard to remove and even when they are removed they just come back like you are cursed

I’m absolutely loving my Kyler Innistrad deck. It won me my first commander game in a long time (I play with friends who are way better than me and as a result tend to win rarely).

16:36. My lowest TCGPlayer market price is currently $2.16 for my Fifth Dawn printing. I bet the precons would have been more popular if I had been in them!

Getting to 13 life is so easy in mono black. Necropotence obviously but black has so many “pay life” spells, it’s not really a drawback, plus you’re getting value from paying that life. Bolas’s Citadel and k’rrik would be all stars in it.

HEY you made a tiny editing mistake on eloise with it’s numbers. It really doesn’t matter tho great video!

Built Liesa as a shadowborn commander, bought my first original dual for her (scrubland). She's not as combo high as athreos, but her attrition game is pretty strong.

I'm a little bit disappointed that they didn't go for an angel tribal commander deck for Innistrad Midnight Hunt Commander.

I built a Florian Vampire Tribal deck. The value that I get from that deck is immaculate

Jerren is a great support card in Greven as paying life to get value is a thing. For Eloise assembly manufacturer puts in work.

I'm happy to see Old Stickfingers so high on the list

Same. I'm building a Mikaeus/ Walking Balista combo deck with him rn, and it's looking like graveyard hate/exiling is the only way to stop it from winning by turn 6 at the latest.

I've been building Kyler, the deck is almost done and I am excited to play it. I also want to build Slogurk but the combo peices are really expensive.

I love my Adeline deck, she's so damn powerful especially if you get her double strike and she builds an army so quick it's crazy

I'm currently building a Vadrik, Astral Archmage deck. Been wanting to build an izzet deck for a while but no commander really sparked my interest. Bunch of threaten effects that buff the target's power, x spells, relentless assault, looking like a lot of fun so far

Here’s hoping for some more werewolves in Crimson Vow. We got a few vampires in Midnight Hunt after all so fingers crossed.

I am not surprised Jerren isn't seeing much love because frankly he doesn't deserve any. The conditions to make it onto the flip side are both super tricky to get and then you still have to pay 6 mana and after all of this your reward is... A sac outlet with a decent payoff and a few keywords on a 6/6. 9 mana, an incredibly specific condition to meet, and all you get it a lightning rod for removal that has no protection from it. And once someone blows it up, which they most certainly will because it's just good enough to need to be answered quickly, you're left with nothing but expended resources and less than half your starting life.

The moral of the story is making deals with demons are usually bad

I just built vadrik yesterday and I think I’ve created a monster. Came out way more powerful than I anticipated even leaving out all the cards that were $5 or more.. I like to play low to mid but he is not a great commander for these power levels. I find myself winning turn 4-6 consistently and I’m not a great commander player.

I'm one of those 116 Sigarda decks on EDHREC. She's so goddamn good.

She is not bad but she is really more of a 99 with Kyler for human tribal or the Mana human

I was really surprised about Leinore too. My husband really enjoyed playing the pre-con, too, so I'm surprised no one's tried to fiddle with it at all.

I built Slogurk land destruction/walk the aeons combo. He's extremely fun and a weird pseudo graveyard deck

My favorite commander is Lonis, so I was really disappointed when I saw Dennick since I thought for a second I could build reverse Lonis, with creatures going into the grave instead onto the field. So I’m happy we still have Eloise at least

I was thinking ab it in some cases if you can choose what you're milling or discarding you could just exile for 8 and turn him into a 12/12 eldrazi for possibly cheaper

@@graemethomas9559 for me, the goal of the deck is to exile ONLY one card from the graveyard to turn Ludevic into that creature. The counters dont matter. We should be looking for creatures with high power effects, like doom whisperer or phage the untouchable, put them in the graveyard using oriq loremage or entomb, and turning Ludevic into one of those. Also, we could reanimate them

I built an Eloise deck and I absolutely love her, sad she's not seeing more tables

I PREDICT.... that the 2 commander decks for crimson vow will be a red/black vampire deck and a white/blue disturb deck that is my prediction all we do now is wait. oh yea i forgot to mention that i thought of these like 3-5 weeks ago.

I built Ludevic. He's actually pretty fun.

Eloise is actually the one I'm most excited about out of all of them, started brewing the second I saw her (wish she had green though)

I like the variety all these add to the game! I'm not going to speculate on which is going to be in vogue next year as the game changes with every release&wotc is going to release like a thousand new cards before then. So what is total crap today might be the most broken next year.

It's odd that Tovolar is #1 because at my LGS nobody built one but me. And on PlayEdh for Spelltable I've played against one other besides mine.

Eloise is a commander I would build around, if she wasn't 5 cost with zero protection. Not sure about your groups, but mine will never let me get out a commander that can provide me that much value. Most I would get is one token from investigate before it died.

Gisa Rules! she flys under the radar way better then Tergrid and actually allows you to have a game. Plus im sure Tergrid is nice, Gisa looks like way more fun party girl.

Tergrid is a hotty!

In the long run, Vadrik and Stickfingers will overtake Tovolar. Ultimately, they're more competitive commanders

He also does this constantly in matter if you have 1 human, 3 or 300. Spells like call the copper coats can ruin your opponents day and there is a ice age human. That let's you throw the white token humans at your opponents or their creatures.....

You can also add song for the world soul so you can cast a human make a human token copy. Now casting a 1 or 2 cost Human adds plus 2 each time or more with doubling season like cards. You don't even need to attack and certain humans will let you destroy all opposition or directly damage your opponents.

@@braxtonrasmussen2110 Yep not surprised, I love Tovolar and the new ones added. Some people just see negative reddit posts and assume it represents the whole player base I think. I was straight up told by several people that no one plays werewolves because they are weak in standard, modern, and commander, and that Midnight Hunt was a failure to make Werewolves popular as a tribe.

While Lenore isn't exciting, she is way better in my mind than Sigarda
