13:50 actually it's the same jersey, logo everything as when they were in Kootenay. They moved from Kootenay to Winnipeg in 2019. So not a intentional nod to the Jets but still a cool coincidence.

re: Portland...up until very recently they had a logo that was nearly identical to the Blackhawks, so this is a step up.

As a Portland fan I get where you’re coming from and I totally respect that. But the reason it’s like that is because they received the old blackhawks jerseys in their early years. Their black alternates are my favorites

I actually like their newer logo. Gives them a bit more individuality. I also noticed the subtle addition of the mountains on the bottom of the logo. Nicely done.

Also Prince Albert's jersey looks really good in person too and I'm fairly certain that the colour you called beige is actually gold. Probably just a trick of the light in the picture.

The red on the Vancouver Giant sweater is consistent. It the red on the Canadian flag. The picture just make the shoulder and body look different

Growing up with the WHL, I miss the old Saskatoon Blades brand. The navy and light blue with the grey and white, and the skate blade logo. It was unique, it was recognizable, and most importantly it looked great on the jerseys. I'm a Hitmen fan, but I was heartbroken when they switched to the retro brand, and came out with the Penguins template jerseys.

Love seeing you review my childhood league, these brands have really come along way over the years. Can't wait for the white jersey ranking!

I lived in Moose Jaw. Everyone liked the old logo but wokeness caught up with them. Now they have a Snowbird on the front. What does that have to do with a warrior. Change the name to match the logo.

Hitmen, Tigers and the rebels jerseys are very intimidating, especially watching them play. I get the illusion they are better then they really are

I have a white Royals jersey, and am Australian. I say a guy at work once wearing a white Hitmen jersey too! The WHL has spread its influence far and wide!

Royals jersey is exactly the type of branding Tampa Bay needs for the lightning. They could keep the current logo and shoulder patches. Just change your striping and reintroduce black and silver into the color pallete

I think that's what they used for the alternate "BOLTS" jersey, that's the first thing I noticed.

As a weatkings fan the wheat at the bottom is because Brandon’s called wheat city

This league has some FANTASTIC logos and jerseys!

The Hitmen logo on the dark jersey is their secondary logo. The logo on the front of their white jersey is their primary logo, and has a lot more going on. But, I appreciate you doing a WHL jersey ranking.

Calgary used to have pink as an accent colour in their jerseys, I believe in a nod to Brett Hart. I like their current jerseys, but it would be cool to see them go back to pink. So unique and they made it look pretty badass

Portland’s new logo is awesome in my opinion! The moved on from the Chief head that was similar to the Blackhawks, and the new logo did not disappoint!

I first like all teams in the who is a good and some aren't but for the Cougars Jersey I like a different logo and same to some of the others great video

Winnipeg jersey is actually a copy of the LA Kings but with different colors

as a Vancouverite the Giants are among my favorites I recall back when they did a survey do choose the colour for the jersey I think the design was decided just not the colour there was this red seen here and a green one and a blue one. I think the green was and likely would still be my fav but i like the red too

Red Deer should be so much higher. Collar may be a bit thick but I absolutely love that logo.

AH! My home town league! I'm so excited!! ...Ahem...I've been a season ticket holder for the Tigers since 2002 and I was today years old before I realized that they were a colour swap of the Flyers, though I also feel we wouldn't be saying that if they used a colour other than orange. Definitely an old school brand in need of an update... which would not fly with many of our fans (very Detroit-esque, plus a lot of them are crotchety old people who hate change). I feel both home and away still look good despite their more "classic" look. They tried to modernize a bit in the early 2000s and came out with a pug-fugly home and away jersey set that lasted only a couple of years (look up Medicine Hat Tigers flying tiger jersey). I heard the official reason they stopped using them was because the ownership didn't register the trademark or something but it honestly could've been because of a poor approval rating. Despite the lack of their "own brand" I have to say that Tri City's darks look REALLY good in person. If you get a chance, check out Swift Current's new alternate jersey. It's incredible.

As a Brandon fan the New Jersey’s they have with the wheat at the bottom are a Tribute and a modern version of their mid 2000s that had the wheat all down the arms and bottom.

Suggestion do the whl alternate one most team don’t have one but a lot do and it will be a really hard raking bc there’s so much detail in them my fave for both this vid was that pats and for the alternate is prob also the pats but plz do it

So many great jerseys and logos. My only critique is I hate how a majority of the teams use a good logo and then mess up the jersey with text under it. Most could get away without it and maybe use it as a shoulder patch.

The ICE jersey that you showed was a Kootenay ICE jersey. I know that because the tongue is orange and not red like it is now in Winnipeg. There’s also no intentional shoutout to the Winnipeg Jets because the jerseys were made in Kootenay two years before moving to Winnipeg. Anyways since I’m a biased Winnipeg ICE fan I think the ICE jerseys are by far the nicest jerseys in all of hockey followed by the Jets Heritage jerseys from 2016!

The Royals jersey image you have is really outdated, their current version of that jersey has removed the stripes under the arms and down the sides, it looks 100x better

Ngl im kinda sad we arnt really the warriors anymore like i get the snow birds are cool and all but when u live were the moose is the biggest i remember the moose but the warrior which makes sense bc were on treaty 12 or 4 territory it makes sense

The Rockets logo makes no sense. The team is called the Rockets but you have a cartoon Ogopogo as the logo on the jersey. This seems pretty dumb.

As someone from medicine hat I think you are so so so... Correct I agree the jersey needs a change it has been the same since my dad played and he is 40 and even before that it is very bland

As a Hitmen fan, the current home and aways are the best in the team's history after we moved from the Bret Hart pink and grey era. But Neil, if you look closely at the mask, either on the jersey or as a logo, there is a copper stripe on the inside of the thick red one. It's very subtle on the logo, but on the jersey it's easy to point out cause CCM made it that shiny flake material that the Vegas and LA alts have.

I can't get it out of my head - at 5:00 , the white collar looks like a toilet seat around his neck

I didn't consider alt NHL jerseys because they were not widely worn.

The Broncos wore those colors long before Vancouver did in the modern era

I've only reached the Tri-City jersey, and you mention how it's basically Columbus, but wouldn't you say that Tri-City were long before the Bluejackets? TC shouldn't change because of that. Just my opinion.
