It's not sentient but it has it's own personality and can partialy act on it's own without pucci directly controlling it.@@Nelux80

Diver Down's ability isn't simply phasing in and out of things, it's "diving". It can submerge itself into objects and alter their internal structure. It can also submerge objects into other objects.

​​​@@blackgalaxite6448 Another ability is that unlike other Stands, diver down stays solid while going through objects. Other Stands that aren't materialised have to turn translucent which weakens them by alot
