I have pure white hen bird,who has raced 2 races so far.I will be looking for a white cock bird to breed with her this year.

Have you ever had a problem with the powerlines? I am in NZ have 28 birds

Unfortunately the powerlines are terrible for young pigeons. They learn to navigate them fairly quickly though.

The whites are my own birds, not anybody else's bloodline.
Do flyers take the white bird race seriously they should makes it more interesting and fun make it a separate race

It was a standalone race last year - 22 white birds liberated alone, 21 home on the day. Not sure why it was part of the mass liberation this year.
