White Oak Table With a Campfire Steel Base

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Follow along as I build this 55" diameter white oak dining table with a campfire inspired steel base. This table was a ton of fun to make and challenged my welding skills. It is finished with Osmo Top Oil in their Natural Colour.

Beautiful table, really makes me want to buy some new tools. I've been sitting on a beautiful piece of wood I got from a local mill for a while that I want to make a live edge table out of.

So this table also doubles as a shelter to hide under during asteroids impacting the earth too?

The base looks great. Any chance you would consider publishing some plans or a more in depth video on how to make one?

Is that the dust collector they sell at Busy Bee Tools in your shop? How do you like it? Great video... 1 new subscriber here.

Yeah it is. It’s okay. Not great. I bought the 1 hp because that’s all I could afford at the time. I had to replace the switch after about 5 months. It was t hard to do just a pain having downtime while they shipped it to me the customer service was awesome though. The sucking power isn’t awesome so in hindsight I would have waited and got the 1.5 or 2 hp

Very nice, but lung protection man! Trust me, when you're older, you'll appreciate taking care of your lungs now. At least use an n95 mask.
