Twin I fuxx with Cha channel I gotta come ta Texas and do some fishing with Cha

Best way is to not cut all the way down to the skin . Save yourself a step .when running your knife come up a1/4 inch , same way you did. Easy to cut out the bloodline while still attached , then to do afterwards. Also soak in 7up or Sprite for two hours before cooking. Best Wishes for your channel.
