Man you're awesome❗️ not too many Americans eat the whole rock fish. I think it's the best way no meat gets thrown away. 💪🏾💯👏🏾

I figure if the bass tastes good in fillets, it has to taste good whole and I'm sure the skin holds a certain amount of good fish oil!

Normally I don't eat fish with the skin and bones, but that looked awesome! I hope I can get a keeper soon so I can put it on the grill. Although I'm new to your channel, it is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Keep it up.

If you stlit the gills, then put the fish in a bucket of water it keeps the blood flowing and prevents clotting. The heart can pump out every last drop.

interesting, I have about 5 ways i like to cook fish. It seems like everything you added to the fish was to bring out its natural flavor. Now, if i want it a little more flakey, should i add less butter?

Not a big fan of steamed fish. Was hoping you would do it on the outside grill.
