Hey! This is Aaron w/ FAST. I heard of the lighting issue you are having from Pedretti Support . Very sorry about this. I suspect this is a lifted leg on a component. I have seen one of our RETRO95 boards where a board tested fine and after shipping around, there was an issue of a lifted leg like I suspect you have here. I haven't seen that yet on a RETRO11, but I suspect that is your issue. Let's not cause you to lose any momentum and get you a board to swap asap.

No prob! I'll follow up with Pedretti Support. I'd like that board sent back to me ultimately to diagnose. I'll work with support to get that figured out. Thank you for your patience!

I’m guessing you send the trashed playfields back to the customer who owns the machine?

If they request it. Otherwise I use them for reference sometimes as drilling templates or t nut maps.

CPRs are not bad there are always going to be issues here and there but I trust them. BUTHamburg is good also but selection and stock is limited.

Just get the feeling you wanted this gone asap.. it's nice, but...

Oh boy. NOT a good review so far. Great TSing tip on shifting the connector one over. Only time that could backfire is if there's a short on thePF that took out a driver. THEN you take out another.

It’s hopefully just a small set back. The customer has been good. True on the tech. I actually metered everything out first but that was off camera because as you probably know it can take hours to troubleshoot the most minor things.
