Wow that’s a very overgrown lawn. That neighbor is the kind of neighbor everyone wished they had who helped without having to while the owner was sick. Kindness goes a long way. Great job Spencer!

Lol, I'M that kinda neighbor. I cut my neighbor's grass, rake their yards, shovel their walks in winter. Cuz it's the neighborly thing to do...? I've always done that kinda stuff, free & no thx needed. But this past year, I'm mowing my neighbor's lawn & it occurred to me that they've nvr spoken to me & maybe they take it as insulting? And maybe I should mind my biz 😕 so I stopped. Don't wanna make ppl uncomfortable.

I'm a 72 year old man that still loves doing yard work. I have transformed a couple of places we bought over the years that had yards similar to this one. I'm sure you enjoy the same satisfaction I do when turning a mess like this into something much better. It's really good for the soul when you do. I get a similar satisfaction as well just doing regular yard work, so it's a constant refresh for me. Keep up what you are doing, young man. It's refreshing to see your spirit, your drive, and your contributions to these folks and the neighborhoods. I'm sure they appreciate it.

I think had the neighbor continued mowing this property, he would be doing it for the bank... why else are their so many empty ?abandoned homes... Why are banks and lawyers and heirs tying up such needed housing? Why? What has happened to us here in America? Just saying...

The supervising chickens in a neighbor's yard really appreciated the seeds and stems flying over from the weed eater! What a nice man to help him during his aging years. Beautiful job.

The owner had a good neighbor. Thanks for carrying on and getting the place renewed for the neighborhood. Good choice collecting the clippings, since they were so massive. The new tools sound interesting. The home is restored to blending in with the neighborhood, sidewalk functional and how nice a channel watcher stopped by to say hello. Liked the overhead view.

I've been following you on TikTok for awhile and I think this is the most overgrown yard I've seen you clean up! You and your wife are amazing, kind souls!

He was someone’s child just like you are, I hope he found peace and you find good health and prosperity .

When my hubby had surgery and my back was hurt, my neighbors would come do our lawn, and it was so wonderful, and we are so grateful 🙏

I love the inclusion of the drone footage at the end of the cleanup, the before and after effect is now even more visible. Also, that neighbor from across the street, bless their kind soul.

Holy cow that place is really a mess! I couldn’t help but think you were probably happy it wasn’t a corner lot. The neighbors seem to keep up their yards so this one was really an eyesore. Thank you for all you do.

Knocking down yards that tall is more than just an increase in curb appeal, it also helps keep tick and mice populations lower in the neighborhood. I hope that you are talking about the neighbor being a kind man for mowing his sick neighbors yard before he died. Because this guy in this guy is just doing "free" lawn care for YT content. Just a few days ago I plowed both of my neighbors driveway and front side walks for free and didn't record it. But if I start a YT channel to upload videos of myself knocking on my neighbors doors telling them that I would plow their driveways for free. This isn't from out of kindness. But it's from out of greed.

I would say he’s less selfish than the average landscaper because he is doing this for money as any professional would, but he is helping people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford these kind of services because he’s gonna end getting paid by youtube anyway.

This is by far one of my favorite videos. The other neighbors tried to help their neighbor which as he stated, was the neighborly thing to do. The grass was insanely high! At one point it looked like Spencer was racking hay. His lawnmower got stuck like in one of his other videos 😮. Spence should have Hulk arms after this one 😂. Amazing transformation!

Those are our Run Flat tires, they are airless. Can run over nails bolts screws you name it and they will not pop and you never need to put air in them! Thanks for the kind words!

WOW night and day difference from start to finish. It’s nice to see you looking and using new equipment not only to make your work easier but also seeing it in action for ourselves. That grass was looking more like straw needing to be baled instead of a lawn. Spencer you showed the entire neighborhood some love with this one.
