One completely underrated part of Prince's performance is that he continuously checks in with Petty to make sure he isn't going to overwhelm the vocals. The solos take off, but he never once steps on Tom's singing. Amazing.

The reason Prince asked to be part of this performance was because he was pissed off that he was left off of a list of greatest guitarists of all time. I think Rolling Stone magazine did the list. No one knew he was going to break out like that. When he threw the guitar up and strutted off stage was his F you to whoever made the list. He definitely should’ve been somewhere on the list.

Jeff Lynne is the man behind Electric Light Orchestra. He's amazingly talented. If you haven't reacted to much ELO, you should.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony usually has a performer inducting another performer(s) with a speech, the inductee(s) giving a speech, and then the inductee(s) performing two or three of their most iconic songs. One of my favorite inductees at a ceremony was when RUSH was finally inducted in 2013...the induction was by Dave Grohl and the late Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters, who then ducked out and changed to perform with RUSH the song "2112: Overture". You should check it out eventually! Jeff Lynne is the frontman, singer, and musical motor behind Electric Light Orchestra...he was the one in sunglasses. Steve Winwood is one of the greatest keyboard players in rock as well as an amazing singer himself he was directly behind Jeff Lynne on the organ. Prince is severely underestimated as a guitarist since he played many different instruments so well. As a musician, he was almost godlike with his talents since he did everything so seemingly effortlessly. This is hands down one of my favorite Prince moments ever. Every time I see it, I am stunned.

Steve Winwood is a long-time singer, keyboardist, and guitarist who started with the Spencer Davis Group when he was 15 as their vocalist, then moved to Traffic, then Blind Faith (and a couple side-projects, one with Eric Clapton) before continuing his career as a solo artist. Spencer Davis Group, Traffic, and Blind Faith are all worth checking out. Looks like he's on the keyboard for this one.

Steve Winwood is rock n roll royalty. He's also in the Hall of Fame w/his former band Traffic. He was a child prodigy, multi-instrumentalist and has a singular voice. Many famous rockers sought him out to work with him. Jimi Hendrix wanted to be in a band with him & Steve did play on Jimi's Voodoo Child song. Steve and Eric Clapton were in the band Blind Faith together. He joined his first pro band at the age of 14-15, Gimme Some Lovin is his world famous song while he was a teen. Traffic-Dear Mr Fantasy, Blind Faith-Can't Find My Way Home, won Grammy's in the 80s..Higher Love, Roll With It, Valerie. His catalogue is deep.

George Harrison was such an amazing songwriter, singer and musician. He just happened to be in the same band as the greatest, most prolific singer/songwriting duo in all of music history. He's likely one of the ultimate inspirations for guitar players everywhere. Little wonder Prince wanted to play on this.

Prince was always amazing. This one is my favorite. I loved his comment when he did the Super Bowl halftime and they warned him it was raining - his response was 'can you make it rain harder.'

How is everybody today? Apologize for being late. One of my all-time favorite I remember this induction like it was yesterday. Dahni looks just like his father. And it's such a blessing have prince up there with the traveling wilburys . I'm sure he made Eric Clapton who helped out d George Harrison with this song's production. proud rest in peace to George, Tom and Prince. You will certainly enjoy

If I ever see a chance of time travel, I will book a ticket to see this live, on a loop. I can only imagine how it was right there like live. Just a moment in rock history. Rolling Stone did an article on the best 100 guitar players and they snubbed Prince. This was his way of saying otherwise. In my opinion, find me something even close. Second place is miles away. There are certain records that will not be broken. This is one. I have to remind myself to breathe every time I hear this.

This is a GREAT video to react to. VERY interesting. Love it! Steve Winwood was a part of the Spencer Davis Group, Traffic and Blind Faith (Can't Find My Way Home - you should listen to) and had his own albums. Jeff Lynne was the lead singer for ELO. You should look at the "'Traveling Wilbury's" which was made up of Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne and Tom Petty. Unfortunately, one by one they passed with only Bob Dylan and Jeff Lynne alive now. I LOVE your reaction, especially your facial expressions. Prince made the guitar WAIL.

George Harrison was one of the guitarists in The Beatles (along with John Lennon-guitar, Paul McCartney-bass, and Ringo Starr-drums) - probably one of the most (if not THE most) influential groups to hit music back in the 1960s.
