Quest 3, but announcing 3 Lite so quickly made me wanna wait. If not for the Lite then at least for a potential price drop / revision of the regular 3.

Great video. I never knew of the Virtue glasses. Seems like a great value for my needs. Thanks for providing alternative options to the Apple Vision Pro.

The Rayban glasses are the most useful of the bunch.

Have watched all your VR glasses videos. Been waiting for AVP to come out to see what you say. But 100% going to head out and buy the MQ3 as soon as I can. Amazing that the best option can be bought 7 times for the same price as AVP!

I know, right!? Be interesting to see if the AVP is 7 times better than the MQ3!

The reason I'm using Quest Pro is for PCVR in Steam as more comfortable and better controllers then Quest 3.

I just can't get used to seeing the Apple Vision Pro's price. Every time I see it, I feel a mixture of bewilderment and disgust.

Early adopters are probably funding the R&D for the cheaper mass-market Vision Pro 2.

@@FatNorthernBigot True, but it was unofficially the case for the Quest Pro which is a more fitting example. Everyone had a phone when the iPhone was released so adoption was easier and it was fairly priced for mass market.

There's more expensive headsets too

I have XReal Air2. Sits too far forward on the nose blocking out each four corner. Have to physically adjust the glasses closer to the face then it retracts again. I don't mind watching music videos on these. However for the future, I am looking at MQ3 but I want to wait and see if they're developing something better. Pricing though it is very affordable so not so much a waste of money I did purchase these.

Question I love watching videos and media on my iPad. My iPad is now 8 years old 12.9 iPad pro. Looking to upgrade this year what should I buy. Price is not an issue what should I buy only need it for video watching

It's $3500 and 57% of people can't cover $1,000 for an emergency. If you are in that group you definitely dont need one. I probably wouldn't buy one unless I really wanted it and had 10k in an emergency fund.

Brickhead - I think this just about sums up the Apple Vision Pro. Watching Casey Nystat stood on the stairs in the subway typing a message was a painful watch. Should we be putting tech in the way of human-to-human interaction. it's hard enough to speak to kids, attention spans are now sub 8 seconds ... should we be moving away from tech in the public space?

I personally own the Quest (Rift, Go, 1,2,Pro,3) the XReal Glasses and the Apple Vision Pro. And the Apple Vision Pro is the only one that I don't think will ever just sit on the shelf. I run both my companies with just the built in Apps on the Apple Vision Pro. However I have downloaded the native Microsoft Office Apps. I cannot stress how important iCloud is in my workflow. This is the first headset I don't have to take off when I get a call or text message... and this is all stand alone using my phone as a hotspot. I have this little lap desk I used for my laptop, so now I use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I'm happy with my purchase. Do you need an Apple Vision Pro? Nope. But I don't "Need" steak or sushi🍣either. I have one kid that still lives at home... I don't "Need" 5 bedrooms. But at the end of the day you work hard and you can buy whatever you want... especially if it augments your life positively.

Does it have to be nothing but a bashing video to be a genuine one?

Even if someone gives this vision pro freely to me i wont take it . Dont wanted to get lost in the virual world wearing headphones always. Apple needs to consider human interactions in mind before creating such products. We will loose human interactions one day soon which such madly devices.
